In accordance with the basic conception of our
country development the issues of social policy have become more actual
for the public authority bodies, businessmen and public organizations.
At present social responsibility is a policy, directed to promote the
advanced role and public significance of social responsibility in the
business society, power structures and society on the whole.

Support and motivation of social initiatives in the
sphere of culture, education, healthcare and sports.
Strategy

To attract attention of public authority bodies,
publicity and business circles to new approaches in social problems
solving.

organizations, carrying out active social activity.
Tactics

To study useful experience on implementation of new
forms of social activity and display the most innovative and effective
examples of social problems solving.

To display the candidates on the established
nominations.

To hold round tables, seminars, press-conferences
and other public events with the participation of expert institutions
representatives, public associations and public authority bodies.

To hold information campaigns, directed to support
social initiatives, covering the Fund activity and "Gelios" premium
awarding procedure

To attract sponsors' finances and donations for
events financing, concerning the Fund activity.

To hold festive ceremonies of "Gelios" premium
awarding on the highest level.
Organization

National Premium is instituted by the specially
founded Fund, vested the executive authorities.

Premium awarding ceremony is held once per year.

Laureates of the Premium are awarded the Honorable
diploma, granted the premium and stylized prize.

The Executive Direction of Premium is established
to carry out organization and technical functions.

Trustee Council of the Fund, executing
representative and coordinative functions, is established to carry out
the tasks, concerning the awarding events.

The Expert Council is established to define the
laureates among the participants.
The Fund is founded under the support of the Social
Policy Committee of the Federations Council of the Russian Federation
