Young family support

Sub-program within the framework of the program of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug "Available housing for young family" has been realized since 2006. Young families, young specialists, working at the budgetary institutions or organizations of agoindustrial complex on the Autonomous Okrug territory are  the participants of the program. Young families and specialists, matched for the program conditions, can get a privilege mortgage loan and Okrug subventions at the place of their living.

At present 42 public organizations, clubs, unions of young families operate in the Okrug. The Okrug public organization "Young family" which is called to assist in realization and protection of young families' rights on the Okrug level, was organized and registered in the bodies of justice in October 1999 to consolidate their efforts and coordinate their activity. Quarterly since 2003 the newspaper of the public organization "Young family" - "Skameika" has been published, the issuer is the Nizhnevartovsk town public organization "Young family".
