Chairman of the Duma of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug
Was born on January 9, 1945 in the village of Seliyarovo of the Khanty-Mansiysky District of the Tyumen region. Has a higher education. Has finished the Tomsk Construction Institute. Married, has two sons. Defended a thesis on the theme: "Indigenous peoples of the Ugra: problems of development and management". Was rewarded with the awards: "Friendship of peoples ", "Honor", medals: "For valorous work", "For development of bowels and development of an oil-and-gas complex of the Western Siberia", the honor certificate of the Minneftegazstroy of the USSR; is the honorable doctor of sciences of the G.V. Plehanov's Russian economic Academy. 1960-1964 - worker of the fishing state farm "Siberia" in the Tyumen district. 1964-1967 - service in the Soviet Army. 1968-1974 - car mechanician, the driver of motor depot # 9, Nizhnevartovsk. 1974 - construction superintendent of building board #12 in the Megion settlement of the Nizhnevartovsky district. 1974-1978 - the 2. class driver, the Komsomol organization's secretary of the "Megionneftegazstroy" trust. 1978-1981 - Deputy Chief of construction board #13 of the " Megionneftegazstroy " trust. 1981-1986 - Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of the "Megionneftegazstroy" trust , Chairman of the party commission at the city committee of the Soviet Union Communist Party. 1986-1990 - Chairman of the executive committee at the Nizhnevartovsk Regional Council of People's Deputies. 1990-1994 - Chairman of the Nizhnevartovsk Regional Council of People's Deputies. 1994-1998 - Director General of the Reconstruction and Development Fund of the Nizhnevartovsk district. Since 1996 - the non- released vice-president of the Autonomous Okrug's Duma of the second convocation on affairs of small-in-number peoples of the Ugra, Chairman of the Assembly of representatives of the indigenous small-in-number peoples of the Ugra. From 1998 to 1999 - Deputy Chief of the Administration of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug on issues of small-in-number peoples of the Ugra, Chairman of the Public Council on National Policy. 1999-2001 years - Deputy Chairman of the Government on Issues of National Policy and small-in-number peoples of the Ugra. Since 2001 - Chairman of the Duma of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of the third and fourth convocation. |
