The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Measures for the “Pravdinski geological and prospecting expedition” to come out of the crisis, the preparation for the meeting of the RF President’s Commission for Modernization and Technological Development of Russian Economy and also preparation for the start of the World Biathlon Cup Final were discussed today at the meeting, chaired by Governor of Ugra Natalia Komarova.

Governor was reported about measures to  reimburse  debts for employees of the Pravdinski geological and prospecting expedition. Natalia Komarova demanded to make proposals while a week how to come out of the crisis and to make a report about reimbursement of indebtedness for employees.

Chair of the Physical Culture and Sport Committee Viktor Maygurov  informed the head  of the region that the competitions would start next day. Over 150 biathletes from 23 countries – representatives of the top biathlon countries are expected to arrive. This year over 100 journalists and photographers who represent 50 mass media from various corners of the Planet  will give coverage to the sports competitions. Khanty-Mansiysk is ready to host over 20 ths. guests and spectators. Tomorrow journalists will gather at the first press-conference with organizers of the World Biathlon Cup Final. “I am absolutely confident that the organizers have done their best for biathletes to finish the Season 2009-2010 on a worthy level”, - said the head of the region.

Natalia Komarova gave a task to the Acting Deputies Chairman of the Government to prepare and submit information for the next meeting of the Government to be held on March 24. Chair of the Government made an accent on the strict observance of the Rules of Procedure in the work with documents.
