Dear women!
On behalf of the deputies of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra Duma accept the kindest congratulations upon the International Women’s Day – the 8-th of March!

Times  change, new generations come but the value a woman stands for: love, motherhood, beauty, kindness, care – remain unchanged.

On that wonderful day we with respect and gratitude present flowers and smiles to our mothers, wives, daughters, sisters and those who  make  our life meaningful.

While the Year of the 65-th anniversary of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War we remember the labor and mother’s deeds of our women who survived and worked hard, brought up children. You have done much for the benefit of the country, Ugra, for your relatives. A bow for you and  gratitude of many generations.

Dear women, you inspire us for work support  in difficult situations, make us confident, and make our life calmer, kinder, and happier. You have always supported us while solving our common problems. Good changes in the region and each  family are impossible without you. We thank you for your tolerance, support and tenderness.

Let inevitable cares and problems not scare your hearts. Let all your dreams come true and each new day will be jolly and positive! We wish you health, lucky love and care from your relatives!
