The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Today the First Vice-Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra Ilya Petrov participated in the meeting to be devoted to the formation of the administrative staff reserve in the Urals Federal District. While the video-conference participants discussed the activities of administrations of constituent entities of the Urals Federal District concerning the work with the reserve of administrative staff, optimization of its number, development of professional features and managerial competence of participants of the reserve.

The Office of the Plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation President in the Urals Federal District said about a high efficiency indicator of the administrative staff reserve in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra.

In his speech Ilya Petrov said that in the Autonomous Okrug there would be incorporated amendments to the legislative acts concerning the formation of the reserve which in opinion of the First Vice Governor, will make it possible to make inspections periodically of the  reserve participants’ qualification and knowledge level.
