The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko congratulated the biathlon combined team of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug upon the victory in the total score at the All-Russia Championships, finished in Ufa.

Our team got 5603 scores according the results of the "adult" and junior starts, what is by almost 650 scores more than the combined team of the Tyumen Region got (4966) and became the second. The third in this rating is a biathlon team of St.Petersburg which got 4271 scores.

The head of the region expressed confidence that the time of the preparation for the new Olympic season was held with success by Ugra biathletes and biathlon fans can expect victory of experienced members of our team and those who are ready to compete for the place in the combined team.

Tatyana Mokhovikova has been appointed Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra.

The decree about that was signed by Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko. The main goals of the Commissioner are to provide guarantees of the state support of children’s rights, freedom and legal interests, to promote to their implementation and also education of the population.

Tatyana Mokhovikova in 19989 graduated from the philological faculty of the Tyumen State University. After that she worked as a teacher at the Khanty-Mansiysk Pedagogical College, Center of Additional Education "Alternative", Urals Institute of Commerce and Law, Department for the Population’s Labor and Social Support. Before the appointment she worked as deputy head of the division of trusteeship and guardianship of Khanty-Mansiysk Municipal Administration. She is married, has three children.

In accordance with Decree of the Russian Federation President the Duma of the Autonomous Okrug adopted Law "On Commissioners for Children’s Rights in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra" in June to provide effective support of children’s rights and interests in the region.

Tomorrow the III All-Russia conference will be opened at the hotel complex "Yugorskaya dolina" where issues of the non-state pension support system and compulsory pension insurance system development are expected to be discussed.

President of the National Association of Non-State pension foundations Konstantin Ugryumov, Chair of the Commission for Social and Demographic Policy of the Russian Federation Public Chamber Alexandra Ochirova, Deputy Leader of the Federal Service for Financial Markets Sergei Kharlamov, Deputy Director of the Corporate Management Department from the RF Ministry of Economic Development Rostislav Kokorev and Vice-President of the National Association of Non-State pension foundations Oleg Kolobaev and also leaders of the non-State pension foundations of Russia, banking and investment structures participated in the Conference.

On October 2 Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko will make a report at the Conference.

The Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug is an unconditional leader in Russia by the level of the non-state pension support system development. 150 000 non-working pensioners get extra pensions from the Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension foundation. On Ugra Governor’s initiative money from the regional budget are spent for these purposes. Pension reserves are used in housing construction.

Tens of thousands pensioners who worked at oil and gas companies, get extra pensions from corporate non-state pension foundations.

The Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension foundation, the founder of which is the regional authorities, is in the top three non-State pension foundations of Russia. Last eyar the total contribution of its founders grew from 30 up to 520 million rubles. The public authorities of the Autonomous Okrug made a fee in the amount of over 490 million rubles and provided over 98 % of voting at the Board of the Foundation (it is headed by Deputy Chairman of the Government for investments and innovations Kirill Morozov. President of the Khanty-Mansiysk Non-State Pension foundation Maxim Filatov is a member of the Board of the National Association of Non-State pension foundations).

The Foundation has been assigned the "exclusively high level of reliability" rating A++.
