The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

On the eve of the World Tourism Day it was held the awarding ceremony of the National Tourist Prize named after Yuri Senkevich - 2009 at the Petrov Hall of the "President-Hotel" in Moscow.

The Wellness-hotel "Ugorskaya Dolina" of Khanty-Mansiysk  -  a pearl of the gallery of Cronwell Hotels&Resorts - was awarded with the diploma "The best hotel in the category of 4 stars".

The prize named after Yu.Senkevich is a prestigious and only national non-commercial award in the sphere of tourism, which was founded in 2002 by the Federal Agency of Tourism (Rosturizm) to encourage achievements in the development of tourist industry.

The company JSC "Kurorty Ugry" which owns the right to use the hotel brand Cronwell Hotels&Resorts  has already been awarded by the National tourist prize named after Yu.Senkevich.  In 2008 it got the diploma in the nomination "The best regional tour operator in the sphere of inbound and outbound tourism".

The Fifth Regional Fitness-Convention was finished in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Last weekend 114 participants from 12 municipalities of Ugra and also from Kurgan, Pervouralsk, Tobolsk visited the traditional autumn sports and educational event, held with the support of Moscow fitness clubs "Orange Fitness" and "City Fitness" and Federation of Ugra Fitness and Bodybuilding. The key goal of the Fitness Convention is to increase the level of professionalism of specialists,  involved in fitness industry of the Autonomous Okrug.

At he opening ceremony the welcoming remarks were made by Deputy Chairman of the Okrug Government, President of the Ugra Fitness and Bodybuilding Kirill Morozov and Director of the Department for Investments, Science and Technologies, member of the Federation Anton Ladnov.

While two days the best presenters of the company "Strata Partners", which manages the network of "Orange Fitness" and "City Fitness" clubs and also presenters of the Surgut fitness-center "Five stars" held 16 master-classes in various dancing directions, yoga, pilates. The Convention participants were very interested in a new direction of fitness "PortDeBras" which was represented by  a presenter of the international level Vladimir Snezhik at his master-class.
