The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Assistant of the Russian Federation President, Vice-President of the Russian Chess Federation Arcady Dvorkovich sent a Letter of Gratitude to Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko where he expresses gratitude to the head of the region for the contribution into development of sport.

"You as a leader of the strategic region of the Russian Federation make all possible efforts  to promote domestic sport. Today we can say that Khanty-Mansiysk under your leadership as the capital of biathlon   is getting the leader’s position in the chess world", - wrote Arcady Dvorkovich.

The Letter of Gratitude was handed over to Governor of Ugra at the opening ceremony of the International Freestyle Wrestling Tournament in the Nefteyugansk District.
