The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The Committee for Youth Policy announced the contest for the official anthem of the Ugra Youth.

Professional poets and musicians and also people of the region without special musical education can participate in this project.

The proposals  should  be submitted till November 30, 2009  to the info-analytic unit of the Committee for Youth Policy of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra.

 The author of the best work will be become the winner and invited to the New Year youth ball to be held in the Okrug center on December 18.

All the information including criteria of the assessment of texts and music, submitted to the contest, order of the determination and awarding of the best authors  is available on the youth portal www.molod.eduhmao.ru  in the division "Statutes".
