The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The number of medals, got by agricultural producers  of Ugra at the XI All-Russia exhibition-fair “Golden autumn-2009”, has grown up to 10.

Vladimir Kulik from Beloyarski was awarded with  the second   medal – a gold one for the high quality products – whitefish (muksun). His countrymen from the agricultural enterprise “Beloyarskoye” were awarded with a bronze medal for sausage “Mosaichnaya”.

All the laureates who brought high awards of the key agricultural exhibition of the country to Ugra:

Two golden medals were won by Vladimir Bashmakov (“Bogdashka”, milk products) and Vladimir Kulik (fish).

Two silver medals for fish products were won by the fish plant “Severryba” and entrepreneur Lyubov Kolesnikova (Surgut).

Vladimir Kulik, Lyubov Kolesnikova, plants “Severryba”, Khanty-Mansiysk fish plant, companies “Severnoye” and “Beloyarskoye” (sausages) won six bronze medals.

Today in Ugra it was finished the public defense of annual reports by mayors of the municipalities for 2008. At the meeting of the Government, chaired by Governor of the Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko, there were made reports by mayors of the Sovetski and Kondinski Districts.

Annual reports  by mayors of the  municipalities include results and basic spheres of the Okrug municipalities’ social and economic development. This practice was introduced in 2006. The system of the assessment includes a wide range of indicators to characterize and determine the efficiency of the local authorities; activities in a concrete sphere and in general.

Deputy Chairman of the Okrug Government Sergei Kuchin said that this year the approaches to the documents preparation had been changed. Besides the assessment of the situation in the region the report includes monitoring of the local administration’s work.

Results of the municipalities; social and economic development were assessed by 13 macro-economic indicators. The leaders for 2008 are Khanty-Mansiysk, Nefteyuganski and Surgutski Districts. The last lines of the rating of the municipalities are the  Sovetski and Kondinski Districts.

Governor positively assessed the work done and said it became more effective and systematic.

The mayors of the municipalities are recommended to finish the development of strategies and programs of social and economic development and while this process to assess competitive advantages and disadvantages, to choose ways of attracting investments, to take into account  the creation of new jobs. In the frames of the social-private partnerships in the sphere of the implementation of infrastructure projects mayors should confirm the list of land parcels to inform potential investors, should analyze efficiency of the budgetary network functioning for its further optimization and restructuring via strengthening enterprises, institutions and also turning them into autonomous non-commercial institutions.
