The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Yesterday  the III All-Russia conference "Issues of the non-state pension support and compulsory pension insurance" was opened  in Khanty-Mansiysk  under the auspices of Ugra Government and National Association of Non-State pension foundations.

Over 140 delegates arrived at the Ugra capital - representatives of the federal  ministries  and agencies, biggest non-state pension foundations of the country, managing companies, credit and financial institutions, professional self-regulating organizations.

Opening the traditional meeting of representatives of the professional community, Kirill Morozov expressed confidence that it would make it possible to discuss all problems, faced by all participants of the pension  savings market at present.

Making a welcoming speech the Chair of the Commission for Social and Demographic Policy of the Russian Federation Public Chamber Alexandra Ochirova said: "The key goal of the conference is to understand all issues, connected with non-state pension support and compulsory pension insurance which are not solved legislatively on the federal level and to propose adequate measures".

President of the National Association of Non-State pension foundations Konstantin Ugryumov said: "Ugra has become a place which is of interest for the meetings of  participants of our market and discussions of serious issues of current interest, for opinion exchange. This discussion proves that we are making a progress". At the meeting with journalists of federal and regional mass media Konstantiv Ugryumov emphasized that in spite of the complicated economic situation the professional community managed to determine the strategy of pension reserves investing and also to find solutions of the problem, connected with the creation of the well-balanced tax system. So, from January 1, 2010 fees of employers, spent to non-state pension foundations, will be exempted from the tax burden.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The issues of the budget formation, development of inter-budgetary relations were discussed by Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko and Deputy Minister of Finances Sergei Shatalov at the meeting in Moscow.

The head of the region raised the problem of the stimulation by the State of oil companies activities  on providing the maximal productive capacity of oil reservoirs on the fields with problematic reserves and groups of fields of the so-called Bazhenov suite. There were also discussed the issues of small and middle companies participation in the production of hydrocarbons.

Draft laws in this field of activities are under discussion at the State Duma and Government of the Russian Federation.

Yesterday Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko had a meeting in Moscow with Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Alexander Avdeev.

They discussed issues, connected with  expansion of cooperation and interaction in the further development of cultural sphere in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and participation of Ugra representatives in the events of the All-Russia level.

The interlocutors also discussed directions of cooperation while the preparation of the events  of the All-Russia level to be held in the Autonomous Okrug - World Chess Olympiad  in 2010 and World Biathlon Championships in 2011.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Issues of the production activities of the JSC "OIL company "Rosneft" in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug were discussed by Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipeniko and President of the company Sergei Bogdanchikov.

The head of one of the biggest oil and gas-producing companies of Russia informed Governor about results of the current activities, told about prospects of the development of facilities on associate petroleum gas salvaging and processing on the fields,  which are under development by "RN-Yuganskneftegaz". The program for this year will be fully implemented.

The company also is very active in the development of its won facilities for electric energy generation  at Ugra fields. As for the implementation of the agreement on social partnerships the leaders of the company has no doubts that its main parameters, expected for this year, will be implemented.

It was started the work for the text of the agreement between the Autonomous Okrug Government and JSC "Oil company "Rosneft" for 2010.
