The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Today in Moscow on the invitation of the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the RF Boris Gryzlov Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko participates in the international forum "Clean water". This project is under auspices of the All-Russia political party "United Russia".

The discussion of the issues, touched at the conference, held in January of 2009, will be continued at the forum and there will be demonstrated the high level of the public attention to the raised problem.

Directors of the public authorities of the RF, foreign countries, authoritative representatives of the Russian and international research and expert community, professionals of water industry will discuss fundamental and practical problems of providing the population of the Earth with drinking water, issues of the water industry development and modernization in Russia.

Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko in his speech is ready to raise issues of water supply quality not just for the population of the Autonomous Okrug but of Russia in general. Alexander Filipenko will submit proposals about necessity of  incorporating amendments to the legislation  concerning this problem, for example, environmental legislation regarding the companies which pollute the water environment. The head of  the region will tell about  the implementation of the territorial program "Providing the population with high-quality drinking water" in Ugra, construction of water supply facilities, will share experience of attracting investments to the development of the branch.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko and Plenipotentiary representative of Russia’s President in the Urals Federal District Nikolai Vinnichenko chaired the working meeting in Yekaterinburg. The interlocutors discussed further prospects of the "Polar quartz" program and mega-project "Ural industrial - Ural Polar" development which is named one of the most important projects of the "United Russia" party.

Alexander Filipenko several times said that the explored subsoils of Pre-Polar Urals are rich in mineral resources as contain great reserves of quartz. These raw materials are in great demand of the Russian industry - power energy, electronics, medicine, sphere of high technologies. Under conditions of the large-scope diversification of economy, the modernization of enterprises and discovery of new high-technological facilities the implementation of the project is vitally important for the country.

Nikolai Vinnichenko supported Governor of the Autonomous Okrug and promised to help and support the promotion of the mega-project.

Ôîòîãðàôèÿ èç àðõèâà ÂÝÁIt was held the meeting of Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko and Chair of the Vnesheconombank Vladimir Dmitriev.

They discussed the implementation of the agreement, concluded in April of 2009 on cooperation between the Vnesheconombank and Autonomous Okrug Government.

The Bank intends to participate in the implementation of investment projects in Ugra. Their list will be determined annually and based on the Strategy of the Okrug social and economic development till 2010.

The Bank is ready to issue mortgage housing loans but under the guarantee of the Okrug Government. The opportunity of crediting the construction of a new building of the cardio-center in Khanty-Mansiysk is under consideration.

One of the divisions of the Bank - Russian Development  Bank  participates in the new project of business crediting in accordance with the rules, developed by the RF Ministry of Economic Development. In accordance with that the Foundation of Ugra Entrepreneurship Support submitted an application for getting the loan in the amount of 180 million rubles at the Russian Development Bank. The Bank made a positive decision. The loan will be issued with the interest rate 10,5 % per annum plus the interest rate of the Central Bank. The postponement of the payment is also foreseen - from 3 to 6 months.
