The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
The issues of the creation of
environment in training and professional training of people with
limited abilities will be discussed by participants of the regional
research-practical conference "Inclusive education: experience and
prospects". The forum will be opened on November 25 at the
Nizhnevartovsk State Humanitarian University.
Representatives of the Russian
Academy of Education, Institute of Inclusive Education Problems,
Povolzhski State Social and Humanitarian Academy, teachers of
professional and general education institutions, researchers and
experts will arrive at the Autonomous Okrug to participate in the
conference. While two days they will exchange experience of inclusive
education application at schools, colleges and higher educational
institutions with representatives of Ugra science.
Inclusive education is based on
the ideology which excludes any discrimination and declares equal
attitude to all people. Its key goal – to provide children, youth
with special needs with access to education. Experts say that the
complex process including technical re-equipment of educational
institutions and elaboration of special training courses for teachers
and other students, aimed at improving their interaction with disable
people. The programs make disable people’s adaptation easier at
educational institutions.

Today Governor of Ugra
Alexander Filipenko participates in the official inauguration ceremony
of Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Alexander Misharin.
"I am convinced that for your
countrymen this event is a reliable guarantee that plans and dreams
will come true, it is a stimulus for new achievements for the benefit
of the Sverdlovsk Region and Russia", - is said in the Letter of
Congratulations of the head of the region. "You are known as a
constructive politician, leader whose active civil position and
authority, purposefulness and initiative, creative approach to solving
responsible professional goals promote to effective implementation of
state social and economic programs".
Alexander Filipenko expressed
confidence that the vital energy of the new leader, his great
practical experience and knowledge of the region’s peculiarities will
help "to preserve the achievements, to make real steps on the way of
further strengthening of the region’s industrial potential, will serve
to strengthening interregional cooperation".

Yesterday
Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko had a meeting with men’s biathlon
combined team of Russia who is in Khanty-Mansiysk to participate in
the final pre-seasonal trainings prior to the World Chess Cup.
The talk was in the warm and
friendly atmosphere. Sportsmen said about good conditions, created for
their trainings, scopes of the Nordic Ski Center reconstruction.
Participants of the combined team said that it would be the best
center in Russia. Alexander Filipenko told about the preparatory
events, aimed at increasing the number of hotel rooms and improving
the hotel services, modernization of the trainings base. "While the
World Biathlon Championships - 2011 we
expect to use the hotel in the micro district "Zapadny" for extra
accommodation of fans. The construction of the hotel complex will
have been finished by autumn of 2010", emphasized the head of the
region.
Besides, the interlocutors
exchanged opinions about prospects of the development of such sports
as biathlon, hockey, water polo, tennis and chess in Ugra.
At the end of the meeting
Alexander Filipenko wished Russian athletes good luck and expressed
hope for coming victories of Ugra sportsmen: "Biathlon is a business
card of the region and the achievements in this sport should be
significant". Besides, he proposed famous Russian sportsmen to have
more meetings with the youth of Ugra.
