The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
On November 12 the first
regional on-line conference "Tourist formalities while traveling
abroad" will be held. Representatives of the Tourism Committee,
Division of the Federal Service for control in the sphere of clients’
rights protection, Department of Healthcare, Insurance company "Yugoria",
tourist firms of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug will answer the
questions which are of great interest for travelers.
The on-line conference will be
available in the Internet site of the portal
www.eduhmao.ru in the division "Tourism" on November 12 of 2009
from 11.00 till 13.00.

The Second educational
championships for business management "Point of Growth" starts in Ugra.
The regional stage will be held
from December of 2009 till March of 2010. At the moment there is held
the registration of participants to be finished at the end of
November.
Winners of the business -
project will participant in the national stage of
the world championships for strategic management Global Management
Challenge. The international finale will be held in May of 2010 in
Khanty-Mansiysk where the top teams of managers from 32 countries will
participate.
Last year over 500 participants
from various companies and higher educational institutions
participated in the Ugra Cup for business management "Point of
Growth".

The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
 The
delegation of Ugra returned from Moscow where it participated in the
exhibition-forum "Orthodox Rus" in the frames of the Day of Unity
celebration.
Ugra delegation brought a
participant’s diploma from the capital. The Okrug exposition was
highly assessed in the nomination "Education via a book". Organizers
noted that great role in the preservation of spiritual values,
development of patriotic bringing up of the younger generation belongs
to the public authorities of the Autonomous Okrug who support numerous
projects and initiatives.
 The
exhibition-forum "Orthodox Rus" has been held in Russia for the
eighth time and was devoted to the Year of the Youth.
In the frames of the exhibition
there was a discussion in the format "Ask a question to a clergyman".
There were held several round tables "United civilization space of the
Holly Rus in contemporary Europe: yesterday, today, tomorrow",
"Youth and spiritual searches via contemporary Orthodox literature".
On November 4 the exhibition was
attended by Patriarch of Moscow and Russia Kirill who made a welcoming
speech and then viewed the exposition with wife of Russia’s President
Svetlana Medvedeva.
Another important event was
bringing the Sacred Icon of Pochaev God’s Mother.
 Over
40 eparchies of the Russian Orthodox church, Byelorussian church,
Ukrainian Orthodox Church, tens of monasteries, governmental and
public organizations from the Central, Privolzhski, Urals and
North-West federal districts, icon-painting and restoration workshops,
jewelry plants, publishing-houses, Orthodox mass media participated in
the forum.
The exposition of Ugra was
called "Orthodox traditions and continuity of generations". Special
attention was paid to the demonstration of programs for patriotic
education, strengthening spiritual values of the youth via study of
inseparable connection of the history of the State and Orthodoxy. CD,
booklets, methodic brochures and books were presented to visitors of
the exhibition. Books about cathedrals of Ugra, missioners’ expedition
were presented to of Moscow and Russia Kirill and wife of Russia’s
President Svetlana Medvedeva.
The leader of the Ugra
delegation, Governor’s adviser Galina Vydrina invited the guests to
visit Ugra.
