The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The  issues connected with the implementation of measures to stabilize the situation in economy, labor market,   implementation of the budget were discussed today by Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko and members of the Anti-Crisis Headquarters.

First Deputy Chairman of the Autonomous Okrug Government Vyacheslav Novitski informed about the work of communal  enterprises about the liquidation of debts of individuals and legal entities for  communal  services. Today it amounts to almost 3 billion 900 million rubles including over 500 million rubles in Nizhnevartovsk, over 300 million rubles in Nyagan. The head of the region said that the municipalities should work more actively and efficiently in this regard and use all forms of impact on defaulters.

The most important component in the activities of all authorities is the financial support to the vacations of people. In Governor’s opinion necessary financial resources should be concentrated on payments for employees of the budgetary sphere.

Director of the Employment Department Alexei Varlakov informed about the situation on the labor market: there is a tendency of the unemployment rate decrease in the region. The number of vacancies increased (13770). People actively use the opportunity of additional work. The quota for foreign labor force  use at the regional enterprises  has been confirmed – 27 ths. people. The head of the region tasked to make an analysis of changes among the  categories of registered unemployed people.

Besides, at the meeting  there were discussed problems of highways repair in the populated localities, financial support for the possible measures against “pig flue”, burning grass on meadows, explanatory work about re-assessment of land rent, further development of mortgage, summer labor camps.
