The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Dear countrymen, people of Ugra!
My congratulations upon  New Year - 2010  and Christmas.

This year was difficult for our country,  for the Autonomous Okrug, but  we   lived it in a worthy manner due to our common efforts, aimed at  social and economic stability,   atmosphere of cooperation and mutual understanding which promote to making effective decisions   of vitally important  problems.

I am grateful for this work done  by enterprises of the Autonomous Okrug as due to their active work,  target-oriented programs of development a have been  implemented in traditional specialization    of the region and new facilities and spheres for Ugra economy.

It makes it possible to make plans of consequent, systematic modernization and technological renewal of the whole production  sphere of the Autonomous Okrug and to make real steps to the key goal -  improvement of conditions and life quality increase of each person in Ugra.   

The year of 2010  is commemorated by many significant events in the history of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra   and Russia, and let the spiritual inspiration and optimism fill in each day of the coming year.   

I wish you, dear countrymen, success, well-being, health and joy,  friendship and happiness in every family.
