The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
Chair of the Committee for
Physical Culture and Sport of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous
Okrug-Ugra Viktor Maygurov was awarded with the prize "Minister of the
Year-2009".
The nomination is in the frames
of the National prize "For development of Russia", and results were
summed up this year for the fourth time.
Top Russian companies, their
leaders, staff, became laureates of the Prize if they achieved
successful professional activities and pay much attention to the
implementation of social projects, charity. The Organizing Committee
awards the Prize for information by regional profile ministries and
institutions, administrations of the municipalities, mass media.

The Division for Agribusiness
Sector summed up the results of the XIV Exhibition-Fair "Goods of Ugra".
58 commodity producers and
national communities participated in the exhibition and the majority
of them (52) are small and middle business and only 1/10 - municipal
and state enterprises.
The commodities were sold in the
amount of 5 million rubles for 3 days.
Fish products and fresh fish -
in the most demand. The company "Severryba" from Surgut earned 560
ths. rubles, fish plant "Khanty-Mansiyski" - 400 ths. rubles, national
communities from the Oktyabrski District - 320 ths. rubles, from
Berezovski District - 150 ths. rubles, from the Khanty-Mansiyski
District - 130 ths. rubles.
Warm footwear (kisy) are in the
second position of customers’ demand. Severe frosts influenced this
choice. Reindeer herders from Saranpaul (Berezobski District) sold
footwear for the amount of 350 ths. rubles.
Ugra products were in great
demand as well. Canned and dry mushrooms were sold in the amount of
300 ths. rubles (company "Region" from Kondinski District), berries
and elk meat - 200 ths. rubles (national community "Verkhne-Vakh" from
Nizhnevartovsk District).
Farmers Elena Bahaeva from
Yugorsk and Sergei Portyanko from Surgutski District sold meat
products for the amount of 120 ths. rubles, and Rif Sergin and
Nikolai Sabaev from Nizhnevartovsk District - for the amount of 100
ths. rubles.
Milk and dairy products were
sold for the amount of 115 ths. rubles by the JSC "Agronika" from
Urai.
The total revenues, got by farms
and agricultural companies at this exhibition-fair, amounted was
higher than the amount of loans, got by farmers of Ugra at banks for
the development of their production.
