The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The number of tours in the info-tourist catalogue "Winter vacations in Ugra - 2009-2010" grew by twice in comparison with last year.

Over 100 tours are included into the catalogue for the coming winter.

The catalogue consists of 6 divisions devoted to various kinds of tourism: cultural, family, school vacations, social tours, active rest. There are   proposals for sport tourism including  Alpine skiing, rent of sport equipment, skates.

Average price of inbound tours is on the level of 2008. The minimal cost of one-day program without accommodation for social categories of the population will amount to 695 rubles, for tourist groups - from 1300 rubles, for individual tourists - from 1500 rubles, tours for several days and high comfort will vary 13 360 - 64 820 rubles. The price for hotel will  amount to 695 - 4 700 rubles per day.

Besides, there is a system of discounts for entertainment events. For example, the social category of Ugra people can use bonuses while visits to museums, exhibitions and sports halls.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

The Agreement on cooperation was signed by Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko and President of the JSC "Oil company "Rosneft" Sergei Bogdanchikov.

"Practice of concluding such agreements  has become an integral part of private-public partnerships in the region. The government determines priorities for a company and it finds opportunities for sponsorship. It is a planned important situation while the formation of the regional budget and  budget of the company", - emphasized the head of the region.

Government of Ugra will consider in time documents, submitted by the company to be included into Register of Ugra Investment Projects and will give it preferences for geological survey of the Okrug subsurface resources.

In accordance with the agreement, the oil company "Rosneft" in 2010 plans to produce 64 million tons of oil in the region and use 3,9 billion cubic meters of gas, utilize associate petroleum gas by 95 %.

Sergei Bogdanchikov said that in 2010 there would be spent over 670 million rubles  for the construction of social and cultural facilities and charity activities. "The Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug is a key region for us, Over half of all oil produced by the company comes to Ugra. In 2010 there will be launched the biggest electric power station  to utilize associate petroleum gas for electric energy generation".

Mayors of Nefteyugansk Sergei Burov and of Pyt-Yakh Valeri Vesnin participated in the signing ceremony of the Agreement between the Okrug Government and JSC "Oil company "Rosneft".

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Yesterday it was held videoconference, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Sergei Sobyanin. Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko  participated in the conference. The meeting was devoted to the preparation for the meeting of the Russian Federation State Council to be held at the end of December and devoted to the improvement of the process of rendering state services.

The Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug ranks among three regions which make presentations of their projects and solutions at the meeting of the State Council. Governor of Ugra is expected to make a speech to inform President of Russia Dmitri Medvedev and members of the State Council about the work done in the Okrug in this sphere.

While the video conference Sergei Sobyanin said that many regions had made progress in the improvement of state services providing and Ugra was among them.

The Bank of  Khanty-Mansiysk is the winner of the contest "Business Leader of Ugra -2009" in the nomination "Finances".

The awarding ceremony was held at the regional exhibition center "Ugra-Expo" in the frames of the celebration of the 79-th anniversary of the Khanty-Mansiysk Okrug.

Deputy Chairman of the Government Alexei Mayorov and President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Alexander Kobanov awarded   the Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk with the Diploma and statuette "Golden Mercury" for the contribution into Ugra economy, dynamic development and active social position.

Vice President of the Bank Alexander Smirnov said that the credit organization had become already the winner of the regional contest: "It proves that the activities of the Bank is an important component of the regional life. Due to such events the potential of the region can be assessed, it is an opportunity to thank people who contribute to the prosperity of Ugra".

Besides, the Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk participated in the exhibition "Good of Ugra" to be held in the capital of the region.
