The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
Governor of
Ugra Alexander Filipenko chaired the meeting with Deputies Chairman of
the Government and directors of executive authorities.
The head of
the region informed the meeting participants about key parameters,
stated in the speech of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in Kislovodsk at
the meeting, devoted to the formation of the budget for the next year.
The Chairman of the Russian Federation Government stated tasks and
recommendations, addressed to governors of regions about the
optimization of budgetary expenses. Governor gave tasks to curators of
basic spheres of the Ugra Government activities about the audit of
expenses of executive authorities and possible decrease of the
number of employees.
In his speech
the head of the region told about further development of the housing
and communal sector in the Okrug. “We have created the necessary
legislative framework to attract extra investments into this branch
and now should assess the feedback. Much money have been invested but
it seems to me that old schemes are working in this sphere”. The First
Deputy Chairman of the Government Vyacheslav Novitski informed that
all the boiler-houses in populated localities of the region are ready
for the coming winter by 100 %.
The first
stage of the Okrug budget formation is coming to the end, its expenses
will be increased in connection with the plans of Russia’s Government
to centralize extra revenues in the federal budget.
At the meeting
there were made reports about the situation on the labor market, in
oil- and gas-producing industry, construction, agribusiness sector,
timber complex, about the preparation for the celebration of the
Knowledge Day and Day of Oil and Gas industry workers.
