The Okrug Governor’s
press-service informs:
Svetlana Sleptsova and Dmitri
Yaroshenko were a success in individual race at the summer Biathlon
Championships of Russia in Ufa.
Svetlana was the best at 15 km
distance of without misses. The second was Albina Akhatova who was 4
minutes later than Sleptsova and the third was Olga Zaitseva (- 4
minutes 9,6 seconds).
Twice repeated World Champion
Dmitri Yaroshenko on the second lane of 20 km race had three misses
but because of the high speed was the first. Another our countryman
Nikolai Kruglov was the third after Andrei Churilov from Novosibirsk.
The chief coach of the
Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra in biathlon Valeri Zakharov said
in his comments that Ugra biathletes were ready for coming
competitions of the new Season and their countrymen would be pleased
with their victories in competitions with top biathletes of the world.

The closing ceremony of the
XII International Festival of TV Programs and TV Films "Golden Drum"
was held in Khanty-Mansiysk on September 25.
Governor of Ugra Alexander
Filipenko said at the awarding ceremony of the Festival laureates and
diploma-winners that the number of places the Festival participants
and guests had come from was growing from year to year, the quality
of submitted works was improving, the competition among participants
was growing as well. Many winners of the "Golden Drum" Festival had
come to Khanty-Mansiysk before and taken away the Golden Goddess.
The Expert Council recommended
110 programs and films to the Festival Jury to view and assess.
80 nominees were announced the finalists of the contest. The laureates
of the "Golden Drum" Festival were awarded with statuettes of the
Golden Goddess - the Festival symbol and diploma-winners were awarded
with memorable medals this year for the first time.
In the nomination "Ethnography
and Travels" the Laureate was the film "Salve Moravia" by the film
director and script-writer Monika Rykhlikova and Brzhetislav Rykhlik
(PLUM PRODUCTION, Brno, Czech Republic).
In the nomination "Documnetary"
The film "Ermakov’s Swans" by
the film director Valeri Mogilatov (JSC "Film company "Strana",
Yekaterinburg) became the laureate and was awarded with the Golden
Goddess.
In the nomination "Hostory and
culture" two winners: film "Unusual adventures of Diego, son of Diego
in the Bolsheviks’ country. Russian print" by Natalia Nazarova (JSC
"Center of National Film", Moscow) and documentary "A Magician’s
Autumn" by film directors Ruben Gevorkyants and Vae Gevorkyants (Film
studios "Pite" and "Aik "Charm Holding", Erevan, Armenia).
Two Goddesses this year were
given in the nomination "TV Debut" to the film "Bag" by Artur
Videnmeyer (Moscow) and documentary "Return of Memory" by Oleg
Chernyak (Minsk, Byelorussia).
In the nomination "National
character" the best was the film "Ada’s Gallery" by film director and
script-writer Vladimir Kolas (FILM STUDIO "EVEREST", Lodz, Poland).
The film "Edged by the Horizon"
by cameraman and composer Svetlana Bakushina (Novosibirsk) was the
winner in the nomination "Art-video".
The program "Govorun-show" by
Pavel Suvorov (TV and radio company "Ugra", Khanty-Mansiysk) was the
winner in the nomination "Before 16 and older".
The best in the nomination "Film
director" was the film by Viktor Naymushin in the short-length film "Opanki"
("Media-Alliance, Perm).
In the nomination
"Script-writer" the laureate was Alexander Slavin for the documentary
"The last heroes. The truth about Stakhanovites " ("Studio "Ktylia",
Zhukovski).
In the nomination "Cameraman"
the best was Alexei Datskevich for the film "Eremakov’s Swans" (JSC
"Film company "Strana", Yekaterinburg).
Arseni Troitski and Konstantin
Shmyrev with the film "Podnebesye" (Film studio "KRIK", Moscow) was
the laureate in the nomination "Sound producer".
The best TV presenter was Pavel
Lavrentiev - program "Narodnye novosti" (Krasnodar).
The laureate in the nomination
"TV design" was the program "New design of the channel"
(Yekaterinburg).
The full-length film "Heart
behind the bars" by film director Volga Nikolaichyk, Pavel Ratamki
(Minsk, Byelorussia) was the best in the nomination "Publicist
program".
The best TV portrait was made by
Georgi Ananov in the full-length film "638 ways to kill Fidel Kastro"
(Moscow).
In the nomination "News program"
there was no laureate according to the Jury’s decision.
The film "Nomad school" by
Michel Debats "LA GAPTIERE PRODUCTION SARL, France) was the laureate
in the nomination "Documentary".
In the opinion of the students’
jury the winner of the Festival was the full-length documentary "Kiselev’s
list" by Yuri Malyugin (Moscow). The prize of spectators’ sympathy was
given to the short-length film "Cossack woman and odd fellow" by
Natalia Zelinskaya and Evgeni Khimchenko (Volgodonsk). The Jury’s
special prize "For civil indifference" was given to Tofik Shakhverdiev
for the documentary "My friend Yuri Khaschevatski" (Moscow).
The documentary "Kiselev’s List"
by Yuri Malyugin (Moscow) was awarded with the Grand Prix of the XII
International Festival of TV Programs and TV Films "Golden Drum".
This year 303 works of the
Festival were submitted in 17 nominations (128 TV companies and
studios from 65 towns and cities) of Russia, Armenia, Byelorussia,
Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Bulgaria,
Kirgiz Republic. 110 programs and films were recommended for the jury
to be assessed (70 companies from 18 countries and republics). The
total time keeping was 3042 minutes or 51 hours. |
