Governor’s press-service informs:
On
September 23 in Khanty-Mansiysk it was held the round table "Media
space: creativity, market, technologies" with the participation of
members of the Expert Council of the XII International TV Festival
"Golden Drum".
Doctor of
Psychological Sciences, Professor of the Diplomatic Academy at the RF
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the senior researcher of the general
chair of psychology of the Moscow State University named after
Lomonosov Lidia Matveeva, journalist and senior researcher of the
general chair of psychology of the Moscow State University named after
Lomonosov Sergei Bondarev, journalist and film director of the TV and
radio company "Ugra" Viktor Jouravlev, participants of the Festival
discussed the future of media market in Russia.
The members of
the Expert Council shared their opinion about changes and new
tendencies in modern TV journalism, ideal television.
While the
discussion the round table participants touched the issue about public
television and concluded that in Russia it was not in demand, as did
not correspond to the interests of al the categories of the
population.

On Tuesday
the master-class for the guests and participants of the XII
International TV Festival "Golden Drum" was held by Per Enerud, a
member of the Jury, reporter of the Public National TV company "Sveriges
Television" (SVT).
At the
beginning the Swedish reporter told about peculiarities of the Public
National TV company "Sveriges Television" (SVT). "Our TV viewers pay
150 Euro per year and get 5 channels without advertisements and also
Satellite television", - said the reporter.
He compared
the Russian and Swedish journalism: "The Russian journalism is better
than the Swedish one as most of Russian journalists have academic
journalist education. Swedish journalists are more amateurs that
professional and scientists". Russian journalists are possessed of a
higher level of knowledge of stylistics and Russian language, closer
contact with TV viewers.
"In Sweden
there are more comfortable conditions, powerful trade-unions where
about 90 5 of journalists."
In Sweden
freedom of the word is more developed: "A politician is a subject as
people therefore for journalists there are no forbidden topics in this
sphere".
After the
master-class the reporter answered all the questions of guests and
also invited journalists for cooperation.

On
September 24 the International IT-Forum, devoted to the 15-th
anniversary of the Constitution adoption and 60-th anniversary of the
Human Rights Declaration, was opened in Khanty-Mansiysk.
The Festival
participants have come from various places – USA, Germany, Ireland,
Norway, Czech Republic, Serbia, Kirgiz Republic, Kalmykia. The Russian
Federation is represented by 20 regions.
In the Forum
frames over 20 various events are expected to be held. The large scale
events are the 7-th conference "IT and solutions for "E-Russia", 8-th
exhibition "IT of the XXI century", Urals stage of the All-Russia
Internet-marathon RIF-Ugra, meeting of the working group for the
development of information community of the Russian Federation Public
Chamber, I Congress of IT Directors of Ugra and the awarding ceremony
of the contest winners among the municipalities in the sphere of ICT.
Three tele-bridges will be organized in the Forum frames: with the
USA, St.Petersburg, Primorski Krai.
Due to the
Internet about 2 thousand people will participate in the International
IT-Forum.
Governor of
Ugra Alexander Filipenko addressing to the guests said about the
importance of such large-scale events and said that information and
communication technologies (ICT) was not just a modern trend but
necessity. IT support influences success implementation of any
project. Progressive development and everyday life are impossible to
live without ICT.
The
head of the region addressed to the participants with the initiative
to make the International IT-Forum a permanent events. In his opinion,
if to expand the communications via tele-bridges, Internet-marathons,
special portals, workshops it will become possible to organize joint
activities which are of current interest for the world community. It
will help to activate processes of progress in information industry
not just of Ugra but of Russia.
The Forum
events will be held under the auspices of the international
organizations – Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO,
Northern Forum International Association, International Fund ECDL
(European Computer Rights) and Optinski Forum. The partner is the
Regional Public Center of Internet-Technologies.
