The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

At the meeting of the Government it was made a decision to prolong till 2011 the Regional target-oriented program on the improvement and development of highways network.

Governor of Ugra Alexander Filipenko said that the Program would determine the minimum of financial resources to be spent from the regional budget. In the frames of co-financing the municipalities will look for extra finances.

Changes, incorporated into the Program, were connected with the transfer to planning of federal and territorial budgets, based on perspective 3 years’ plan and are in compliance with the budgetary legislation. It means that expenses for the improvement of transport routes in the region should be  justified by the program.

Forecast amounts of finances in 2011 will be determined based on the scheme of the Ugra highways network development. Before the program was adopted till 2010.
