The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

At the Russian National Exhibition which  was finished today in Delhi (India), it was signed the Protocol on Intentions between the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Chamber of Commerce and Industry India-CIS.

The documents were signed by Deputy Chairman of the Autonomous Okrug Government for subsoil management and fuel and energy sector Vladimir Karasev and Director General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry India-CIS Anil Mathur.

The agreement is aimed at strengthening business and cultural relations of the countries - partners. In compliance with the document the Parties will cooperate in the development of international commercial, economic, research relations between business communities of Ugra and India.

On December 01 the International conference "Policy, oriented to a child: social education of preschool age children".

At two days’ Forum the members of the Ugra Government, experts of the World Bank from Russia, Great Britain, Netherlands, USA, Hungary, Trinidad and Tobago, representatives of the International Associations "Step by Step", "Development Education", of the top higher educational institutions of our country and educational community of Ugra.

Over 300  experts from all the continents will discuss issues of the educational policy implementation to make pre-school education available and of high quality, options of pre-school education, topics concerning methodical and research support to kindergartens system.

The conference is hosted by the Department for Education and Science of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and International Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
