The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

At today’s meeting of the Ugra Government there were adopted changes to the regional law about the program of the population’s housing conditions improvement in 2005-2015.

It is caused that since January 01, 2009 according to the  Budget Code of the Russian Federation budgetary appropriations for the implementation of intergovernmental target-oriented programs have been granted in the form of subsidies, not of dotations.

Co-financing at the expense of the municipal budgets is also possible up to 10 %.

The order of finances distribution among the municipalities under the sub-program “Designing and construction of engineering networks” was changed. It will depend on the share and area of housing, which is put into operation by each municipality, in regard to the total regional scope.

The calculation period – from January 01, 2006 till June 30, 2006 when the draft budget of the Autonomous Okrug is being formed. It should encourage the local authorities to spend the finances in the first quarter.
