Governor’s press-service informs:
 Today
Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko took part in the solemn ceremony of
laying the first brick of new housing micro district “Irtysh” on
Objezdnaya street in Khanty-Mansiysk.
Micro
district which territory makes 10% of the present area of the town is
erected by Baltic construction company (BCC) – largest investment
construction company of Russia, leader of national construction
complex.
 Representative
of BCC investment group Georgy Komarov (Bank “Turam Alem”) said
that in the current year they plan to open branch of “Slavinvestbank”
to render services to population and juridical persons in cooperation
with Baltic construction company.
BCC
director general Sergey Zhukov said that works have been
started in the micro district – yesterday the first ram was piled at
he site. He expressed certainty that “Irtysh will be comfortable fro
living and available for Khanty-Mansiysk people as well regarding
prices. Necessary institutions of social sphere will be constructed in
the micro district – kindergarten, drug store, post office, banks,
mini shops. Objects of the first stage will be put into operation in
2010.

 Governor
of the Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko held working meeting with
famous painter Mikhail Shemyakin.
As
Governor’s press-service informed already, in the frameworks of
realization of Agreement on cooperation between the Yugra Government
and painter Mikhail Shemyakin’s Fund International festival of modern
art is held in Khanty-Mansiysk.
In addition
to International art exhibition “Sphere in art, architecture and life”
the Festival comprises holding of the conference “Problems and
prospects of development of modern design and art”, children’s contest
of posters, devoted to the extraction of the 9-billion ton of oil in
Yugra 2007, wide program with participation of creative youth.
Main theme
of the meeting between Alexander Filipenko and Mikhail Shemyakin was
discussion of architect and art conception of Puppet Theatre
construction in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Governor Alexander Filipenko congratulated the members of the JSC
“Khanty-Mansiysky bank” on the 15th anniversary of
activity.
Anniversary
festive events, devoted to this data, have been held in the branches
of the Bank since July of the current year. Many years fruitful labour,
services in financial activity and personal distribution to social and
economic development of region of several members of the Bank are
marked by awards and honored titles of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous
Okrug – Yugra.
