The Okrug
Governor’s press-service informs:
Yugra
Governor Alexander Filipenko announced the budget message.
At the
17th meeting of the Okrug parliament the head of the region
marked basic objectives and priorities of regional budgetary policy
fro 2008-2010.
Alexander Filipenko mentioned in particular houses and kindergartens
construction, social housing share increasing, improving of life level
of budgetary sphere employees, growth of salary of budgetary
employees, improving of population’s life quality among the main
priorities of budgetary expenses.
Head of
the region stressed that in the nearest future the Government will
introduce housing program correction to the Okrug Duma.
Alexander Filipenko remind that at present the share of budgetary
means of Yugra, directed to the regional budgets, makes approximately
42% of all expenses of the Okrug treasury.
Realizing housing program we managed to widen opportunity of
hypothecary crediting of the population. In 2006 the volume of credits
for housing purchasing amounted to over 15 billion rubles, including
over 9 billion rubles which were given by means of regional program.

Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
 IVth
resulting meeting of the working group, founded by order of Yugra
Governor Alexander Filipenko, on preparing and substantiation of pulp
and paper plant construction on the territory of the Autonomous Okrug.
 “Avantazh ZBK” company informed its members about executed work and
made presentation of the project. During discussion basic principles
of state and private partnership which allows to realize the idea of
this industrial project erection on the territory of the settlement of
Priobje, were settled.
Approximately 40 specialists – members of Yugra Government, heads of
profile departments, bodies of regional self-government, engaged in
realization of the project, representatives of Russian and Canadian
companies, including KSH, Yugorsky timber holding, SRI “Gidrobum” took
part in the meeting of working group.

 At
present meeting of the governors of the International association
“Northern Forum”, headed by Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko,
delegates discussed organizational issues – appointments of top
posts of association, charter and regulations, budget, adoption of new
programs and projects, making of system of regional trade and commerce
chambers of the northern regions.
By
offering of the participants of the meeting Alexander Filipenko to
nominated Priscilla Wohl for election of executive director, who was
unanimously elected. She thanked the Governor and Council for
confidence and expressed a wish to elect Anastasia Bozhedonova as a
deputy representative of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic who actively proved
in the work of executive committee of the Forum. Governors of the
world northern regions supported this offering
.

 Today
Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko met with general secretary of
Conference of European provincial sea regions Ksavier Jizar and
executive director of International association “Northern Forum
Priscilla Wohl.
 Sites
exchanged opinions about opportunities of conditions creation to
develop northern regions in the frameworks of globalization. Alexander
Filipenko mentioned that it is necessary to balance participation of
different territories in this process. He stressed as well that Arctic
zones have a large resources potential, which is significant for the
world, that’s why it is important to observe special interests of
northern regions at the International and regional level.
Ksavier
Jizar made several offerings to Alexander Filipenko concerning
participation in the International activity, directed to represent and
defend interests of northern territories. Yugra Governor expressed a
wish to observe these offerings in cooperation with the heads of the
association “Northern Forum” and make concrete decisions.

Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Today
International festival of modern art was opened in the Khanty-Mansiysk
Autonomous Okrug.
The
event is held in the frameworks of cooperation among the Yugra
Government and painter Mikhail Shemyakin’s Fund.
At the
first day of the festival conference “Problems and prospects of
development of modern design and art” and art exhibition “Sphere in
art, architecture and life” started its work.
Works of
painters from different world countries together with the works of
students and masters of the Ural Federal district and Siberia are the
peculiarity of this exposition.
For
information: on Saturday children’s contest of posters, devoted to the
extraction of the 9-billion ton of oil in the Autonomous Okrug “Yugra
2007” will be opened in the frameworks of the festival.
Besides,
youth and vanguard groups of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug will
demonstrate their talents every day fro participants and guests of the
event.
Work of
the International festival of modern art will last till October 1. |
