The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Yugra Governor, chairman of the "Northern Forum" Alexander Filipenko held a working meeting with the Northern Forum Executive Director Priscilla Wohl and chairman of the Committee on issues of the North and small-in-number peoples of the Federation Council, head of the Committee of regional coordinators of association Gennady Oleynik.

Problems of current and future financing of international association "Northern Forum" which is regarded as a world leader in the regional cooperation, according to Mrs. Wohl, were discussed at the meeting.

Governor stressed that it is necessary to talk about financial support of actual projects of association, offering to include them to the federal branch programs.

Priscilla Wolh offered to increase the rates of payments which are paid by participant members.

During the working visit to Nizhnevartovsk Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko held press conference for journalists.

Mass media representatives were interested in problems of development of the Autonomous Okrug and town. In particular, answering the question about prospects of housing construction and realization of the program of Yugra peoples’ removal from shabby and wrecking housing, adopted by the Government of Yugra till 2015, the Governor stressed that for this purposes extra means are allocated from the Okrug budget this year.

Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko met with the members of commission on issues of healthcare of the Public chamber of Russia, chairman of which is a famous doctor Leonid Roshal.

Guests shared their impressions on the working day in the Okrug capital with the head of the region. Sites exchanged opinions about direction in which it is necessary to develop healthcare system of Yugra. According to the world doctor, the heads of the region are on the right way to organize the work of the branch, at present it is necessary to continue quality improving of medical services rendering, to modernize material and technical basis of institutions, to transfer to electronic form of medical documents flowing.

In the frameworks of the VIII General assembly of International association "Northern Forum" in Khanty-Mansiysk the summit of business partners has started its work.

"Partnership for the sake of progress" is the motto of the business meeting in which representatives of business circles of "Northern Forum" from Canada, Finland, America, China, Russia, heads of Russian and foreign commerce and industry chambers, largest enterprises, representatives of authority bodies take part.

During two days participants of the summit plan to discuss an opportunity to found Circumpolar commerce and trade chamber (CTC) with participation of Russian and foreign CTC, observe issues, concerning development of agriculture in the North, realization of frame housing construction, formation of modern infrastructure.

"Deloit" company expressed its readiness to include to the realization of the investment project on construction of trade and entertainment complex "Zapadny" in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Arrangements of it were made at the VI International investment forum "Sochi-2007" during the meeting which was held by deputy Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug on issues of investments and innovations Kirill Morozov with the representatives of French department of "Deloit" company.

"Deloit" is one of the leading audit and consulting companies, rendering services in the sphere of audit, taxation, consulting and corporative finances, which has department in many world countries. Prospects of cooperation in the frameworks of the project realization, directed to make the largest trade and entertainment complex with the are of over 280 square m, were discussed at the meeting.

On September 25 meeting of executive headquarters of coordinative council on execution of programs of priority national projects realization was held in Khanty-Mansiysk.

In particular, an issue, concerning the selection of municipal entities and investment projects, providing communal infrastructure of land sites fro housing construction, was observed there.

Radmilya Alieva from Langepas was awarded the title of sports master of Russia.

Young sportsman of the Okrug fitness and bodybuilding team performed at the last two competitions. She was the first in the category "body fitness junior" in the Cup of Russia in Krasnodar, the third at the Europe Championship in Tyumen at the same category.

At present 17-year-old sportsman is preparing fro the trip to Nizhny Tagil where Championship of the Ural federal district will be held. Then she will take part in the Championship of Russia (Bryansk).

Deputiy Chairman of Rectors’ Union of Russia Yury Novikov, head of All-Russian public organization "Women’s dialogue", experts of Commission on issues of healthcare of the Public Chamber of the RF Svetlana Valiullina and Leonid Zubkov are within the delegation as well.
