On the eve of its 80th anniversary Nizhnevartovsky District has become a large construction site.

This week kindergarten for 55 children, 2 apartments were put into operation. Today hospital of central district hospital for 80 in-patients built in the frameworks of national priority project "Zdorovje" was opened.

Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko went to the settlement of power engineering specialists Izluchinsk to congratulate the people of the settlement on this event..

The object was constructed by the budget means in the amount of 80 million rubles, 40 million were allocated by Okrug to purchase equipment.

Today 44 families from Nizhnevartovsk got keys to new apartments.

In the frameworks of realization of national priority project "Available and comfortable housing" 4-floor house, 3-section house are put into operation. It is the second house, put into operation in the micro district. There are apartments for mobile fund. 70 million rubles were spent from the regional budget and 7 million rubles from town budget to construct the object.

Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko took part in the festive ceremony of settling, He congratulated the lodgers on happy event and stressed that much objects are constructed in the Okrug.

Today Governor of the Khanty-MAnsiysk Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko opened the unique transport road junction in NIzhnevartovsk.

It is a T-shaped crossraods of motor ways Nizhnevartovsk- Izluchinsk and Eastern by-pass of the town of Nizhnevartovsk. Total intensity of traffic at this part varies from 9500 to 10 000 ths. cars during 24 hours, it is equal to motor way of the I technical category. 2-level road junction includes original metal overpass which has already called "running doe" by townsmen.

Another point of interest has been opened in the town of Nizhnevartovsk on the quay of the Ob river. Today Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko opened the monument to Musa Dzhalil.

Initiator of erection of the bronze monument to the famous Tartar poet is a company Center "Miras", an arcitect of the monument is a member of painters’ union of Russia Makhmud Gasimov.

Today, after 4 years Nizhnevartovsk townsmen have got their heraldic symbolism - emblem and flag, monumentally decorated flag of the town of the height of 48 m appeared.

Head of the region congratulated the townsmen on this tradition which had appeared in the year of 35th anniversary of Nizhnevartovsk.

Alexander Filipenko and Boris Khokhryakov met with the newly-married Olga and Vladislav Kutevs and Lilia and Igor Inzhinevskie on the quay. They congratulated the newly-married on the memorial event in their life and wished them mutual respect and understanding and numerous grand-children in the future.

Tomorrow in Khanty-Mansiysk two training seminars for specialists of educational branch of Yugra will start their work.

Approximately 200 specialists of the Okrug Departments of finances, education and science, heads of municipal bodies of sector management, planed economic services, heads of special educational institutions, children’s homes, and institutions of primary and secondary vocational education will take part in both events.

During the work of the second seminar - on improving of system of collection, processing and analysis of statistics in the sphere of Yugra education - indices which are necessary to hold this kind of activity on the regional and municipal level will be discussed.

Today All-Russian seminar on problems of using of family placing of orphans and children without parents’ care started its work in Nizhnevartovsk.

Representatives of guardianship bodies of Russian regions, heads of children’s homes, centers of assistance to orphans and organizations, rendering assistance to children’s placing to the family, take part in the event.

During 5 days participants of the seminar will visit institutions of social service, foster homes, exchange opinion in the frameworks of the work of "round tables", master classes and trainings,

Seminar will finish its work on September 29.
