The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Today at the traditional regular meeting Director of the Economic Development Department Lyubov Semeshko reported the Okrug Governor Alexander Filipenko and his deputies about the results of social and economic development monitoring of the region for January-August 2007 which was held and estimation for 9 months and the whole year.

On the preliminary forecast economy has kept high rates of growth, observed in the first 6 months, which are provided by accelerated growth of investment demand, construction, processing productions, high level of customers’ demand. Growth of investments in January-August relative to the same period of the past year made 11.6%. High rates of total area of housing putting into operation – growth made 50.9% to the corresponding period of the past year.

Conception of construction projects of business and entertainment centers in the Okrug capital were introduced to Yugra Governor.

Deputies of the Chairman of the Okrug Government Kirill Morozov and Aleksei Safiollin, heads of the interested Okrug departments took part in the presentation.

Famous world architect Erick Van Egeraat is to realize one of the projects is construction of large business hotel complex. It is planned to erect the project in the central part of Khanty-Mansiysk in the area which is available for pedestrian and drivers.

Besides, it is planned to erect trade and entertainment complex "Zapadny" in which oceanarium, large aqua park, amusements fro children and youth, hotel rooms, shops, auto shows in Khanty-Mansiysk.

It is proposed that both projects will be realized by non-budgetary sources.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

On September 22 in the frameworks of VI International investment forum "Sochi-2007" protocol on intensions between the JSC "YugraInvestStroiProekt" and JSC "Glavstroi" was signed.

According to the document "Glavstroi" company intends to realize the project directed to erect "Gazobeton" plant (aerocrete) with the capacity of 300 ths. Square m per year (it meets 250-300 ths. Square m of housing).

For information, JSC "YugraInvestStroiProekt" represented its investment program, planning to make complex construction of housing micro districts and commercial real estate in the municipal entities of the Autonomous Okrug at the Forum "Sochi-2007". Investment capacity of all projects according to the estimation of specialists of the company will amount to approximately 48 billion rubles.

Today Yugra Fovernor Alexander Filipenko makes working visit to the town of Nyagan.

He visited object of production, keeping and shipping of ready production of the JSC "Nyagangaspererabotka" (branch company of "CIBUR" which are put into operation. This enterprise was founded in 1996, it processes the associated gas, producing annually till 950 million cubic gasoline dry gas, 90 ths. tons of liquify hydrocarbon gas and over 60 ths. tons of stable gas gasoline.
