The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Acting first vice premier Sergei Ivanov and Yugra Governor
Alexander Filipenko discussed with representatives of federal and
regional mass media about mutual interest in cooperation in the sphere
of defensive industrial and oil complexes.
 Explaining
his position Sergei Ivanov mentioned that Russian fuel and energy
complex is interested in joint work firstly with the machine-building
enterprises.
Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko characterized
the situation as follows: "It is necessary to increase the efficiency
of fuel and energy complex work, it is possible, using up-to-date
development and technologies. It is expensive to purchase in the West,
it is perilous to be dependant. Therefore the Gobvernment of the
Autonomous Okrug is ready to participate in the creation of scientific
and promotional zone for development of fuel and energy complex and
large power-consuming productions".

Recently Department of Education and Science of
the Autonomous Okrug took part in the meeting which was organized by
Healthcare and Social Development Ministry of the RF and Education and
Science Ministry of the RF.
Acting ministers Mikhail Zurabov and Andrei
Fursenko discussed with the regional specialists the peculiarities of
measures realization of family placement of children without parents'
care and delegation of powers on guardianship and trusteeship to the
level of members of the Federation. These changes will go into effect
since January 1, 2008.
For information, regional law which has been
realizing since the beginning of 2007 is adopted in Khanty-Mansiysk,
it covers the development of family placement of orphan children.

Meeting of Military and Industrial Commission of
the Government of Russia on the topic "On provision of technical
rearmament of fuel and energy complex on the basis of scientific
industrial and innovative potential of defensive and industrial
complex" continues in the capital of Yugra.

is held by acting first premier of the RF Government Sergei Ivanov.

Andrei Fursenko, head of the Federal aerospace agency Anatoly Perminov,
chairman of the board of Vnesheconom Bank Vladimir Dmitriev,
planipotentiary representative of the President in the Ural, Siberian
and Privolzhsky federal Okrugs Petr Latyshev, Anatoly Kvashnin and
Alexander Konovalov, leading employees of other governmental
structures participate in the work of Military and Industrial
Commission.
Governor Alexander Filipenko reported about conditions
and problems of fuel and energy complex by example of the
Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
After finishing of the meeting of Military and
Industrial Commission Sergei Ivanov made working meeting with
Alexander Filipenko and met with journalists.
