Demonstration of contest works in the nomination
"Documentary" was held.
Seven films as follows are among the competitors: "Ubit
vozhdya" (To kill the leader) (from the series "Russkie sensatsii"
(Russian sensations, producer A.Popov), "Drugie Russkie" (Other
Russians, producer M.Usupov), "Sinhrony" (producer K.Shabaldin), "Sdvig"
(producer A. Baluev), "Marketing phychosis of the 3rd
degree" (producer John Hakalax), "V
ludyakh" (producer M. Chuvailov) and "Kirillovskie Nestyazhateli"
(from the series "s Ekhalovym po Vologodchine").

Issues of the current activity was discussed
today by the Okrug Governor Alexander Filipenko and his deputies at
the meeting.
In particular, Aleksei Safiollin, supervising
construction sector of the region informed about results and
conclusions of Saturday inspective visit of the Governor to the
important objects, preparing to be put into operation in
Khanty-Mansiysk. Hostel for students and sport complex of Yugorsky
state university, Oncological center and infection building of the
Okrug hospital, center of tennis sport development, year-round skiing
course in the Center of winter sports, the second stage of Icy Palace,
equestrian sport center, health-improving center "Yugorskaya Dolina"
and others are among them.

 On
September 16 the XI International festival of TV programs and films
"Golden Tambourine" started its work in Khanty-Mansiysk.
 Yugra
Governor Alexander Filipenko took part in the festive opening
ceremony.
For information, expert council has observed
approximately 300 films in 17 nominations, sent to the Festival from
Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Canada, Uzbekistan, England, Holland,
Byelorussia, Finland, Czechia.
New projects appear in every program of the
festival. This year in the frameworks of TV forum results of the I
Okrug contest of social video commercials and printed production "Zolotoi
Kedr" (Golden cedar), organizers of which are Fund of TV development
"Golden Tambourine" and "Production Ru" group.

Yugra delegation will take part in the VI
International investment forum "Sochi-2007" which is held on September
20-23.
This year over 10 ths. participants from Russia,
nearest countries, European countries and Middle East will visit the
forum. One thousand and a half prepared investment projects will be
represent there. Guest and participants of the forum will meet the key
figures of the RF Government, regional leaders and potential partners.
Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet the heads of the largest
Russian and international companies.
Deputies of the Government Chairman on issues of
investments and innovations Kirill Morozov, on issues of construction
complex Aleksei Safiollin, deputy Governor on issues of interaction
with federal bodies of state power Alexander Zakharov, heads of some
Okrug departments and committees are in the structure of the Okrug
delegation.

 Last
Saturday Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko visited 14 objects of
social significance which are under construction in Khanty-Mansiysk.
Two new buildings of hostels for students and sport
complex of Yugorsky state university are practically prepared to be
put into operation - front works are carried out.
 Construction
of the Oncological center of the Okrug hospital is actively carried
out - constructers are building the third floor.
Governor controlled the construction of the
building of Tennis Center development, open stadium with 10 ths.
seats, construction of year-round skiing course in the Center of
winter sports, second stage of Icy Palace, Equestrian sport center,
Health-improving center "Yugorskaya dolina", transport junction and
by-road which will joint the southern and northern part of the town
cross the Irtysh flood-lands.
Governor stressed active work of the "Zhilishche"
Fund which erects the main part of housing in the Yugra capital.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Institution of higher vocational education "Yugorsky
state university" (Khanty-Mansiysk) will be reorganized by order of
the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation M. Fradkov
#1186-r, dated September 7, 2007.
Nizhnevartovsky, Surgutsky and Lyantorsky oil
colleges and Nefteyugansky industrial college will joint to it,
founding separate structural departments (branches) of the university
on its basis.

In the frameworks of the national project "Zdorovje"
under support of "Edinaya Rossia" the contest of "healthy"
advertisement "Zolotoi Kedr" was held in Yugra.
On September 16 in Khanty-Mansiysk (Khanty-Mansiysk
Autonomous Okrug - Yugra) awards were granted to the winners of the
first contest of social advertisement "Zolotoi Kedr", devoted to the
health protection and propaganda of healthy lifeway. Awarding was held
at the opening ceremony of the XI International festival of TV program
and films "Golden Tambourine".
"Zolotoi Kedr" was held in the frameworks of
the priority national project "Zdorovje", under support of the
Department of healthcare of the Autonomous Okrug and Regional
department of All-Russian political party "Edinaya Rossia".
