The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Today Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko
participates in the meeting of regional heads of the Ural Federal
District and representatives of power structures which is held by
director of Federal service of Russia Security Nikolai Patrushev in
the residence of plenipotentiary representative of the President over
the UFD.
The meeting Federal Security Service head with the
governors of regional antiterrorist committees and national security
was held in Kurgan last year. Present meeting in Yekaterinburg observe
issues of antiterrorist actins, suburban security and migration
policy.

 On
September 13 presentation of priority national projects for 2007 and
middle-term prospect till 2011 was held in Nizhny Novgorod association
of industrialists and businessmen.
Deputy Chairman of the Government on issues of
Economy Viktor Bets, deputy director of the Okrug Department of
Investments and Technologies Ivan Smirnov told the heads of the
largest enterprises of Nizhny Novgorod region about it. Minister of
economy of Nizhny Novgorod region Gennady Balandin, director general
of the Nizhny Novgorod association of industrialists and businessmen
Valery Tsynbaev presented at the presentation as well.
It was mentioned that till 2011 it is planned to
realize 81 priority investment project on 17 directions, such as oil
and gas processing, geology and bowels investigation, electric power,
timber, wood-processing and paper-and-pulp industry, construction
industry, communication, housing and communal economy.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Number of clients of Yugra mortgage
agency has exceeded 10 ths. people.
According to data on September 7 agency had
concluded 10455 agreements about compensation granting of interest
rate. Sum of bank credits amounted to 18.3 billion rubles, cost of
purchasing mortgage housing accounted for 21.2 billion rubles.
Total number of citizens, defined by agency as
participants, is
19401
people. To receive compensation these people need to provide agreement
of housing purchasing. About a half of qualified participants are
young families and specialists.
Regarding concluded agreements the leaders are as
follows: Nizhnevartovsk (1483 people), Surgut (1443), Nefteyugansk
(981), Khanty-Mansiysk (830). Among the leaders of representative
banks the leaders since the beginning of program realization are as
follows: Khanty-Mansiysky bank (6425 agreements), Sberbank (2736),
Zapsibkombank (988).

Meeting on issues of nanotechnologies
development was held in the residence of Plenipotentiary
Representative of the RF President in the Ural Federal district.
Representatives of Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and
Tyumen Region and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug took part in it.
Yugra delegation was headed by Chairman of the Government of the
Autonomous Okrug on issues of investments and innovations Kirill
Morozov.
Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug which has been
among the first in Russia, engaging in nanotechnologies since 2004,
represented at the meeting a complex of works of scientists of
Yugorsky Scientific and Research institute of Information
Technologies.
At the meeting in Yekaterinburg it was decided to
found Coordinative council of nanotechnologies on the territory of the
Ural Federal District.

International Festival of modern art will be
held in Khanty-Mansiysk on September 28-October 1 in the
Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
Event is held in the frameworks of cooperation
between the Yugra Government and Fund of painter Mikhail Shemyakin.
Students and teachers of Yugorsky Art college,
Surgutsky art and industrial college, Khanty-Mansiysky institute of
design and applied art, Nizhnevartovsky teachers' training university,
pupils of art school of the municipal entities of the Autonomous Okrug
and professional designers and painters of Yugra and Ural will
participate in the Festival.
