 Today
Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko met pilots of famous flight group "Russkie
vityazi".
Head of the region thanked flight aces for
participation in celebrations devoted to the Day of oil and gas sphere
employees and 425th anniversary of Khanty-Mansiysk and introduced the
Okrug to the guests.
At the end of the meeting air virtuosos presented a
model of famous aircraft SU-27 on which they fly, to the Governor.

On September 6 deputy Chairman of the Government
of the Autonomous Okrug on issues of education, science and external
relations Aleksei Maiorov and pro-rector of State university - Higher
School of Economics Boris Rudnik met journalists of the Okrug mass
media.
They told about formation of crediting system and
state financing in the sphere of education in Yugra.
New system of education financing has two main
advantages: firstly annual interest rate for credit usage won't be
high - max 11%, secondly insurance companies will have financial
risks.
For information, offered system of crediting and
state financing in the sphere of education is not All-Russian
practice. Any region, able to execute this project economically, can
put it in force. Program financing is carried out by means of the
Okrug budget.

On September 16 the XI International festival of
TV programs and films "Golden Tambourine" is starting.
As it was said in the steering committee
approximately 300 works from 90 TV companies of Russia and foreign
countries: Poland, Ukraine, Canada, Uzbekistan, England, Holland,
Byelorussia, Finland, Czech have been received.
Theorists and practicians of film documentation and
TV journalistics fronm Russia, famoues producers from Serbia, Hungary,
Finland are in the staff of jury.

Plenipotentiary of the RF President in the Ural Federal Okrug
Petr Latyshev sent a greeting telegram to organizers, winners and
laureates of annual contest "Black gold of Yugra".
Plenipotentiary of the President congratulated Yugra peoples on the
Day of oil and gas industry, wished them creative search and new
success to the benefit of Motherland.
