Official delegation of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, headed by the first deputy of the Chairman of the Government Vyacheslav Novitsky visited the town of Brno of South-Moravian are of the Czech Republic.

Traditionally Ugra has close relations with Czech Republic, and the second visit to the South Moravia, timed to holding of the 16th International exhibition of information and communication technologies, was made in the frameworks of negotiations about trade and economic, scientific and technical cooperation.

Members of the delegation met with the Hetman of South-Moravian are Stanislav Uranek, negotiated in the area administration and signed the Protocol, assigned further steps on future cooperation of two regions. It is planed to make an appropriate agreement in January 2008 in Khanty-Mansiysk.

During the visit a few business meetings of the representatives of Ugra enterprises and colleagues from South-Moravian are were made.

In the result of negotiations JSC "Yugorskaya territorialnaya kompania" and JSC "ZTV Region" signed agreements with the companies. Czech company Aircraft represented  its aircraft L-410 to northern people.

At the end of the visit working meeting of the head of the delegation Vyacheslav Novitsky and general consul of the Russian Federation in the town of Brno Viktor Sibilyev was held.

Participants of the Okrug mortgage program will be granted the annual extra subsidy.

It was announced about it in the mortgage agency of Ugra. Since October 21, correction data according to which subsidy receiving is possible owing to preterm paying of a credit (loan) if the participant of the sub-program exceeds the planned payments schedule of the principal credit (loan) sum by 2.5% of the primary sum, has came into effect. Agency pays extra sums to cancel mortgage credit in the amount of 1/12 of all discharged principal sum of the credit.

Over 8000 voyages are made by motor ships of the JSC "Severrechflot" for 9 months of passengers navigation in Ugra.

By October 24, 400-thousand passenger is carried, it increased by 76 ths. people in comparison with the same period of the previous year. Passenger traffic is carried out on 33 routes, including on 28 routes within the boards of the Autonomous Okrug.

According the specialists, it is provided by qualitative preparation and early opening of navigation.

To provide comfortable boarding conditions at the quays and stations, 73 units of passenger fleet, including 8 landing-stages were implemented. Besides, onshore booking-offices of 24-hours work and preliminary sale were opened in the towns of the Autonomous Okrug.

At present navigation in Ugra is practically finished. Ships make trips on several routes in the Khanty-Mansiysky district.

Contest aimed to receive the title "The best representative inspector of militia" has started in Ugra.

Decision about it is signed by the Governor of the Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko.

Defining the best inspector, technical and criminalistic, medical, fighting and physical training, level of the RF legislation knowledge will be estimative criteria.

The winner of the contest will confer a title "The best representative inspector of Ugra militia" and will be granted a car, the second and third position winners will be awarded premiums and valuable presents.

Board of directors of the basic predial daughterly company of the Fund of Ugra generations - JSC "Ptitsefabrika Borovskaya" at which preliminary results of investment plan and budget execution of the current year were discussed and business plans drafts till 2011 were observed, was held in the executive direction of the Fund.

Recently "Borovskaya" has got at once two international certificates in the sphere of poultry breeding, production, keeping and supply of food products, in the sphere of egg-processing and meat-processing products production. In its sphere it was the first enterprise and the fourth enterprise in Russia, having prestigious document of Swiss SGS company - world leader in the sphere of systems certification, independent expertise and testing.
