 The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
"Formation
of regional control service in educational sphere of Ugra is a good
step to formation of structure which will independently estimate
situation in education. Today it is impossible to manage quality
without it" - said the head of federal control service in the sphere
of education Viktor Bolotov at the meeting with journalists of Ugra
mass media, he stressed that Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug is the
first region in Russia in which Service, controlling this sphere, has
been founded.
According to deputy Chairman of the Government of
the Autonomous Okrug on issues of education, science and external
relations Aleksei Maiorov, bonus wages fund is a peculiarity of new
form of Ugra teachers' wages. Its scope depends on quality of
specialist's activity and system of developed criteria, presence of
which will increase teacher's income. It makes mechanism of wages
clear and comprehensive.

Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko held a working
meeting with the head of the town of Pokachi Rayan Khaliullin.
Head of the municipal entity informed the Governor
about social and economic development of the town, execution of the
budget, preparation of the housing and communal service in winter
conditions and elections of deputies of the State Duma in detail.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Governor, Chairman of Ugra Government Alexander
Filipenko signed order on payment of lump sum assistant to
non-employed pensioners and families with many children, receiving
addressed social benefit.
In connection with inflation processes this
category of citizens will be paid lump sum assistance in the sum of
600 rubles in November-December of this year. Over 95 million rubles
will be paid to the Department of labour and social assistance.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
On October 25, regular meeting of commission on
issues of mercy will be held in Ugra.
Commission's members will observe petitions of two
convicts in the age of 21 and 27. Both apply to pardon them and
decrees their term. Correction administration doesn't support both
convicts' applies.
Representatives of the administrative and juridical
bodies, mass media and society are invited to the commission's
meeting.
