The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
In the frameworks of the IV International investment forum "Ugra-2007"
Agreement on cooperation between the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk
Autonomous Okrug and JSC "Territorialnaya generiruyushchaya kompania
#10" was signed.
Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko and director
general of the company Andrei Shishkin have signed the document.
According to the Agreement parts will be carry out cooperation in
generated powers development on the territory of the region, in
heating system reconstruction and development in the town of Surgut.
In particular, it is planned to erect Nyagan hydro-electric plant. The
first stage of the object with the power of 1200 mw will be put into
operation in 2010-2012.
Agreement on joint development and realization of program of energetic
infrastructure development of the Polar and Pre-Polar Ural was signed
today by director general of the JSC "Korporatsia Ural promyshlenny -
Ural Polyarny" Oleg Demchenko and executive director Eugeny Kruchkov.
Parts agreed about interaction in realization of
events, directed to make reliable scheme of power supply of the
territory of Polar and Pre-Polar Ural, timely technological connection
of consumers, placing on the territory of Pre-Polar an Polar Ural,
regular power supply. Company "Tyumenenergo" according to the Concept
of electric power infrastructure of Pre-Polar and Polar Ural will put
into operation a few electric power stations of low power and include
them to the parallel work with energetic system of the Tyumen Region.
It allows to provide reliable power supply of Pre-Polar and Polar Ural
deposits and remote populated localities. Volume of investments to the
energetic infrastructure development of Pre-Polar and Polar Ural on
the first stage (till 2010) is estimated in the sum of 10 billion
rubles.

 Today
Governor, Chairman of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous
Okrug Alexander Filipenko opened the IV International investment forum
"Ugra-2007" which attracted over 500 Russian and foreign participants.
Greetings from the heads of both chambers of the
Federal Assembly Sergei Mironov and Boris Gryslov, representatives of
some embassies of foreign countries in Russia were sent to Forum
organizers. Actuality of the problems, discussed in Khanty-Mansiysk,
for further stable economic development and life level improving in
Ugra and Russia in total, and countries which are business partners of
Russian business was stressed there.
 Governor
interpreted the points of priority investment programs Register which
is adopted by Okrug Government as a strategic document of which is
adopted, planned to be realizes till 2020, in the multimedia
presentation "Investment development - basis of social and economic
development of Ugra".
 It
is planned to make a large modernization in the sphere of social
services - medicine, education, tourism. 55.8 billion rubles are
required to obtain. Over 9 billion rubles are required to develop
industry of high technologies, and it is planned to spend 5.3 billion
rubles in ecology-oriented sectors. Thus, total expected volume of
investment in the result of priority projects realization, included to
the Register, accounts for 452 billion rubles. In the result, by
reckoning of specialists of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug,
regional gross product will increase by over 2 times and exceed 4 887
billion rubles, investments flow will amount to 750 billion rubles,
Ugra population's provision with housing will increase from 18 to 30
m2, the average cash income will increase till 88.6 ths. rubles.

 On
October 16 Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko met with
journalists of Russian Federal mass media, arrived to Ugra to cover
the IV International investment forum.
Social and economic development of the Autonomous
Okrug was the subject of the meeting with head of the region.
Alexander Filipenko defined basic economic indices. Thus, by results
of 2006 the volume of GRP exceeded 2 trillion rubles, it made
approximately 6-7% of the GDP of the Russian Federation, the volume of
received taxes exceeded 1 trillion rubles - it made approximately 17%
of the country's budget.
 Talking
about pension provision Alexander Filipenko mentioned that objective
set by the President of Russia to bring pensions to the level of
living wage has been realized in the Okrug. Today the level of pension
provision, taking into account regional premiums exceeds the living
wage size by 1/4.
Answering the question about housing program realization Alexander
Filipenko mentioned that it managed to expand significantly an
opportunity of mortgage crediting of the population. In 2006 the
volume of credits to purchase housing exceeded 15 billion rubles
(growth in the I six months of 2007 made 53%), including over 9
billion rubles which were credited by means of regional program. It
increased by 6 times in comparison with 2005. Last year over 9 ths.
people improved their housing owing to the measures of state support,
approximately one half of them are young families. In 2006 Ugra took
the first place in Russia regarding housing credits per capita and
fourth place regarding mortgage credits.
During press-conference Governor answered a set of
questions, concerning medical services of the population, attraction
of extra employees, prospects of municipal entities development of the
Autonomous Okrug.
