Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko takes part in
the meeting of the State Council of the RF which is held in Ufa the
Russian President Vladimir Putin.
For information, on October 11 Ufa celebrates its
anniversary, devoted to the 450th anniversary of Bashkiria joining to
the Russian State and Day of Republic. Alexander Filipenko in his
address on the occasion of the anniversary said that this data is a
significant mark for multinational Russian people. Russia is a complex
development in world history in which Europe and Asia adjoin with
their variety of cultures and religions, wide range of languages and
dialects, with common aspiration to strengthen mutual understanding
and cooperation in the united social and economic environment, to keep
rich cultural and historical heritage of many generations of our
predecessors.
Modern Bashkortostan within the structure of Russia
is a civilized, democratic, legal state with socially oriented and
high-efficient economy, with worthy conditions for living of all its
citizens. Bashkortostan successfully executes several large federal
programs, strengthening Russian economy.

No doubt, Vladimir Putin's approval to lead the
"Edinaya Rossia" party list will go down in history of our country as
one of the most unexpected political decisions of new time.
The second week this interesting political course
is a subject of discussion among journalists, sociologists and
political technologies. We decided to find out Yugra people's opinion
about President's decision. 300 people have been questioned in the
largest towns of Yugra (Khanty-Mansiysk, Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk). All
respondents have been questioned one question: "What do you think
about Russian President V.V. Putin's leading in the "Edinaya Rossia"
party list at the elections of December 2, 2007"?
Figures clearly represent that people's trust to
national leader is still on high level. Over 80% of respondents said
that they regard President's decisions as rather positive. 14%
couldn't answer the question unambiguously. 4.6% of respondents didn't
approve President's course.

In connection with the 50th anniversary of "Khanty
yasang" newspaper a group of journalists of this national issue are
conferred decorations of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug -
Yugra.
Deputy editor Taisja Seburova is conferred a title of a Laureate of
the premium for northern indigenous peoples' culture development.
Correspondents of the newspaper Ludmila Zubakina and Reonalda
Olzina are granted letter of thanks and letter of award of Yugra
Governor.

In the frameworks of acting International week
of a letter, Khanty-Mansiysk branch of "Pochta Rossii" holds a
charitable action for institutions of social service of citizens
of older age and invalids, rehabilitation centers for veterans,
children's homes and rural school from far districts of the Okrug,
comprising subscription to books of the restored library of "Ogonyek"
magazine on the territory of Yugra.
It is an addressed subscription to magazines which
will be sent to all 40 ths. of post offices of Russia.

On Friday, October 12, a regular meeting of the
Council of heads of town districts, municipal entities, urban and
rural settlements of the Autonomous Okrug will be held in
Khanty-Mansiysk.
Forecast of social and economic development of
Yugra for 2008 and for the period till 2010, plans of conditions
creation to develop housing construction in the Okrug, social and
political situation on the eve of elections of deputies of State Duma
of the 5th convocation, work results of consumer cooperation on
execution of Agreement on relations between the Yugra Government and
Tyumen oblseverpotrbsouz and other issues will be discussed there.

On October 25 Yugra Government in cooperation
with Ministry of social development of Russia will hold in
Khanty-Mansiysk the second All-Russian conference "Role of trilateral
commissions of the members of the Russian Federation in realization of
state policy in the sphere of social and labour regulation and
economic relations, concerning it".
Representatives of Coordinative council of
employers' associations council of Russia, Federation of independent
trade unions, Russian trilateral commission on social and labour
regulation and coordinators fro different regions will participate in
the work of conference.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
During the visit to Pyt-Yakh Alexander Filipenko
visited Naumovs family having many children.
In November 2006 two boys and one girl were born by Nadezhda Naumova.
It was the first triplets which were born in Pyt-Yakh. On the
initiative of the head of Pyt-Yakh Valery Vesnin a large Naumovs
family was granted subvention to purchase apartments in new building
because Nadezhda and her husband lived in a small flat. The other part
of the sum for the apartments Naumovs were to pay by hypothecary
credit. But after the birth of children the family lost the father.
State Duma supported an offering of administration head to extinguish
all cost of the apartments by regional budget means.
