Today Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko made a working visit to Pyt-Yakh.

Head of the region visited hospital complex under construction and too part in the opening of dwelling house #28, built in the 3 micro district.

At the meeting with the head of the town Valery Vesnin the Governor discussed the process of priority national projects realization in the municipality, settling problem of inhabitants of temporary housing in Pyt-Yakh.

Today the Okrug meeting at which the process of realization of the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin's Order about a Family's year holding is held in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Birth of the 1.5-million inhabitant Arseny Yumadilov in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug was called a good start of the Family's year by Viktor Basragin, deputy plenipotentiary representative of the President over the UrFD. And Yumadilovs family is an example of it" there are three children in the family, the older generation actively participated in their upbringing.

Every fifth newborn in the Ural Federal district was the second or third child in the family. "If every family could get 2-3 certificates which had been granted to the parents of the 1.5-million Yugra inhabitant, we won't discuss today demographic problems"- said Viktor Basargin.

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug Natalia Zapadnova told the participants of the meeting in detail about basic directions of social policy of the Okrug powers, defined in the Governor's brief report. 30 laws, regulating activity of state bodies in social sphere and 40 social programs allowed to form base of the common social complex.

Today official ceremony of opening of the forum "Housing and communal complex of Yugra - 2007" is opened in Khanty-Mansiysk in the exhibition center "Yugra-Expo".

Forum united several specialized exhibitions 'Energy saving of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra 2007", "Housing and communal economy of Yugra", "Security. Work clothes" and "Civil construction. Hypothec". Head of the Okrug Department of housing and communal economy development Anatoly Chepaikin, head of the Chief Board of Emergency Control Ministry of Russian over the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra Alexander Tirtoka, specialists of the sector, producers and suppliers of modern energy-saving technologies and equipment too part in it.

Greeting those who met, Anatoly Chepaikin marked undoubted importance of the event which had become traditional.

Alexander Tirtoka stressed productive necessity of the Forum during the period of branch reformation in which issues of provision and energy saving were still actual.

Significant that during two days Yugra people and guests could become acquainted with up-to-date Russian and foreign projects in the sphere of accelerated development of the branches of energetics,  power efficient technologies in the industry and housing and communal economy, keeping environment ecology.

Besides, the seminar "Efficient energy saving in the conditions of housing and communal economy reformation" which allows the specialists to discuss actual problems of the branch development, to exchange opinions, experience will be held in the frameworks of the Forum.

Today Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko opened Okrug meeting, devoted to the Family's Year in Russia, celebrating 1.5-million inhabitant of the Autonomous Okrug, in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Arseny Yumadilov, born in Megion on September 5 of the current year, has become 1.5-million inhabitant of the Autonomous Okrug. The boy was born a few minutes before his twin brother Artemy. The whole family came to Khanty-Mansiysk to the festive ceremony: parents, grandmother, elder daughter and newborn sons.

Alexander Filipenko specially stressed that grandmother helps Alena and Airat Yumadilovs to rear  twins and elder daughter, "whose wisdom and maturity are important for young parents for harmonious upbringing of children".

Governor granted Yumadilovs family a certificate, verifying the status of Arseny as 1.5-million inhabitant of the Autonomous Okrug. Regional Generations' Fund has placed to the account of newborn's mother a sum in the amount of 300 ths. rubles. Two certificates, quarantining places in the kindergarten "Skazka" of the town of Megion and a rest for the whole family at the Black Sea  coast in the "Yugra" hotel have been granted to Yumadilovs as well.
