Finishing the visit of the official delegation of St.Petersburg to Khanty-Mansiysk a concert of music instruments group "Terem-kvartet" was held in the concert and theatrical center "Yugra-classic".

Before the performance of the music group Governor of St.Petersburg Valentina Matvienko and Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko addressed the citizens and guests of Yugra capital with greeting.

Heads of the regions mentioned that during the working visits they had discussed widening opportunities of interaction between two regions.

For information, today official delegation of St.Petersburg will continue its work in Salekhard (YaNAO) and Surgut.

All-Russian Festival of festivals "My - ediny, my - Rossia" will held on October 23-24 in the concert and theatrical center "Yugra-Classic" in Khanty-Mansiysk. Governor Alexander Filipenko has signed an order about its holding.

Wide-ranging action, directed to propagandize amateur art creativity and strengthening of its influence on  the process of civil values revival, to popularize ideas of patriotism, is held in cooperation with Information and consulting agency "SMI i busness" (Mass media and business).

For information, All-Russian project, united the acting contest and festivals of patriotic direction on the territory of the country, started on May 7 on the motherland of great Russian poet Sergei Esenin in the settlement of Konstantinovo of Ryazan Region. Finishing festival concerts will start on October 9 in St.Petersburg (groups of North-Western federal district), then it will continue in Khanty-Mansiysk (Ural federal district) and Kostroma (Central and Privolzhsky districxts), the last concert will be held on November 24 in Moscow.

On October 9 public audition on civil and patriotic education of Yugra youth will be held in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Members of public chamber and deputies of the Duma of the Autonomous Okrug, representatives of executive authority bodies, law-enforcement structures and public organizations of the region will take part in the event. During the audition efficiency of the conducted measures will be analyzed, conception of the program of interdepartmental interaction on patriotic education of the growing generation will be worked out.

Audition is organized by Public chamber of Yugra in cooperation with the Youth Policy Committee and Department of education and science of the Autonomous Okrug, Coordinative council on civil and patriotic education of youth of the Government of the Okrug.

The event is held in the frameworks of preparation for the Forum of public organizations, holding of which is planned in November of the current year in the Okrug capital.

On October 25-27 the VII specialized exhibition "Yugratour-2007" will be held in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

By tradition complete potential of the tourism sector of the region will be represented there, including opportunities on development of in-bound, ethnographic and business tourism. In the frameworks of the project specialized exposition "Winter sports. Extreme. Active rest" and "National hunting and fishing" will operate, Saloons "Hotel management. Restaurant business" and "CHESS CLUB" will work as well.

During the exhibition results will be made and winners of the contest of Governor's grants of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug in the sphere of in-bound tourism will be awarded. Meeting of Consulting council of Yugra Government on development of tourism sector will be held in the frameworks of the program as well.

External Relations Minister of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) Georgy Nikonov congratulated Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko on re-election as a Chairman of International association "Northern Forum".

In the address it was written, that we mark successive development of cooperation among  the regions-members of the "Northern Forum", intense to form long-term partnership with satisfaction. We are sure that your re-election on the post of the Chairman of International association "Northern Forum" will serve to strengthen multilateral cooperation in the frameworks of this organization.
