On Thursday evening Okrug TV and Radio Company
"Yugra" organized half-hourly space bridge Moscow-Khanty-Mansiysk,
offering by State TV Company "Telekanal Rossia", for public political
program "5 studia s Sergeem Brilyevym".
Governor of St.Petersburg Valentina Matvienko,
making an official visit to Khanty-Mansiysk, took part in the program
as guest of the studio.

Today Governor of St.Petersburg
Valentina Matvienko, accompanied by Governor of the
Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko visited Yugorsky
Scientific and Research Institute of Information Technologies.
Director of Yugorsky Scientific and Research
Institute of Information Technologies Gennady Erokhin made
presentation on the basic directions of activity of the Institute,
demonstrated unique implementations in the sphere of distant probe of
the earth.
Briefing with participation of two governors, at
which the only question was announced: what are the results of
realization of the Agreement on trade and economic, scientific and
technical, social and cultural cooperation of the sites, which was
signed one year ago.

Governors of Yugra and
St.Petersburg visited Okrug Generations' Fund.
Director general of the Fund Alexander Kondyrev
told Valentina Matvienko about its activity. Fund was founded on the
initiative of the Governor and Government of the Autonomous Okrug to
diversify economy of the region, to create extra incomes of the
region.
Alexander Kondyrev mentioned that at present Fund
carries out several investment and social programs, providing maximum
economic effect of means investments.
Alexander Kondyrev stressed as well that in
April of the current year, after successful holding of presentation of
the best food products, produced by enterprises of the Generations'
Fund, in Commerce and Trade Chamber of St.Petersburg,
economic relations with St.Petersburg consumers
has become active. Over 200 direct contract of meet and fish
production, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages supply were
concluded. Total sum of the concluded contract for 2007-2008 exceeded
250 million rubles.

Yesterday evening official delegation from
St.Petersburg, headed by the Governor Valentina Matvienko arrived to
Khanty-Mansiysk.
Vice governors of the northern capital Alexander
Vakhmistrov and Yury Molchanov, president of St.Petersburg
Commerce and Trade Chamber Vladimir Katenev and other official persons
accompany her.
Yugra Governor Alexander Filipenko, his deputy on
issues of interaction with federal bodies of public authorities
Alexander Zakharov, deputy Chairman of the Government on issues of
education, science and external relations Aleksei Maiorov welcomed
guests in the international airport of Khanty-Mansiysk.
Year ago Agreement on trade and economic,
scientific and technical, social and cultural cooperation for
2006-2011 was signed. At present a regular meeting is held in the
frameworks of the acting Agreement.

During the visit of official delegation of
St.Petersburg to Yugra vice governor of the northern capital Alexander
Vakhmistrov visited educational and sports institutions of
Khanty-Mansiysk, accompanied by deputies Chairman of the Government of
the Autonomous Okrug Aleksei Safiollin and Aleksei Maiorov.
He visited gymnasium, providing general education,
kindergartens, Icy Palace of sports and sport complex of Yugorsky
State University. The guest was mostly interested in issues,
concerning technologies and implementations, using in construction
complex of the Autonomous Okrug.
Alexander Vakhmistrov marked qualitative erection
of buildings, logistics of the institutions.
For information, one year ago Agreement on
cooperation between the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and
St.Petersburg was signed.
