The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Plenipotentiary representative of the RF President
in the UrFD Petr Latyshev congratulated medical personnel with the 75th
anniversary of Khanty-Mansiysk Okrug clinical hospital foundation.
He expressed sincere gratitude for hard and
self-denying labour of medics. "Sphere of healthcare remains one of the
most complex and therefore increased attention of state to medicals is
caused by comprehension of their labour necessity, respect of state for
medical society at all" - stressed Petr Latyshev in the telegram.

 Ugra
Governor Alexander Filpenko took part in the awarding ceremony of
winners and laureates of traditional Okrug youth contest "Zolotoe
budushchee Ugry" (Golden future of Ugra) which is held in the frameworks
of the program realization "Molodyezh Ugry" (Ugra Youth) for 2006-2008.
In 2000 the contest was held for the first time, over
1600 applications were filed. Prestigiousness of the contest was
growing, demands were making higher and the number of candidates
decreased to 300 participants. Most part of them - 221 people - is
working youth. There is an objective reason of it: socially significant
project needs an appropriate educational, cultural and
professional level of the candidates.
The winner of the first contest, a head of the Okrug
mortgage agency Eduard Nugumanov granted the Governor a Certificate of
the honorary member of Club "Zolotoe budushchee Ugry".
Governor granted main awards of the present
competition of talented youth to:

Mikhail Bochkarev from Khanty-Mansiysk for the
project "Adaptive reactions of biorhythms in the mechanisms of
development and flow of KhMAO - Ugra population's cardiovascular
pathology" (nomination "Young scientist of Ugra);

Sergei Frolov from Urai for development of the
complex optimization scheme of associated oil gas of TCC "Uraineftegas"
(nomination "Manager of the XXI century");

Evgeny Gordeev from Surgut, representing the project
"Otdelenie "Dostoinstvo" (Department "Dignity") (palliative assistance)
- as a form of problem solving of social service of older people
service" (nomination "Specialist in the sphere of social management").

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
On November 21 the first deputy Chairman of the
Government on social affairs Natalia Zapadnova held a regular meeting
of commission on issues of under-ages and their rights protection.
Information about execution of measures on neglect
and offences prevention and under-ages' rights protection for 2007 was
heard there.
For 9 months of the current year the number of
under-ages and neglected children, served in the medical institutions,
decreased by 13% in comparison with the previous year.
Summarizing Natalia Zapadnova marked positive moments
in the work of Commission and set new tasks on prevention of neglect and
offences prevention and under-ages' rights protection.

 "Main
objective of any business, including small business is to work
efficiently to increase incomes. More complex objectives are set for
powers because it must take into account interests of business and
population in its activity, find compromises of these interests.
Therefore it is necessary to regulate interaction between the
entrepreneurship and Government of the Autonomous Okrug" - said today
Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko at the opening of the II congress of
businessmen of the Autonomous Okrug in Khanty-Mansiysk.
In this connection he offered to found a special
Council of the region head, comprising the parts, interested in the
development of Ugra entrepreneurship. Joint work of representatives of
the authority bodies and business will allow to improve economy of the
region, minimizing market participants' risks, including by means of
all-round support of the Okrug Government and joint development of legal
norms.
 At
present the share of small business in regional gross product is
insignificant because of complex economic structure of the region,
formed basically by oil and gas complex. At the same time scopes of
products and services produced by Ugra businessmen are comparable with
total scopes of production of many RF members. In the nearest future
these indices will increase by 2 times.
State RF Duma Deputy of the Khanty-Mansiysk Okrug Vladimir Aseev
informed the participants of the congress about changes in federal
legislation which will come in force since the beginning of 2008. Small
and middle business of Russia will be regarded as a single segment of
the market for the first time.
Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug Kirill Morozov
represented new forms of entrepreneurship
development in the frameworks of state support program. They are
related to property, information consulting support assistance on behalf
of the Okrug powers and assistance to crafts activity.
