The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
 Today
interregional scientific and practical conference "Training of
administrative personnel of social and economic sphere of Ugra: results
and perspectives", devoted to the 10th anniversary of President's
program realization of management training for different spheres of
economy.
Approximately 100 representatives of state authority
bodies of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, heads of different
enterprises of the region, leading higher educational institutions of
the country and Okrug, involved in the project realization, graduates of
the President program participate in the work of the conference.
Deputy Chairman of Ugra Government, chairman of the
Okrug commission on realization of the Federal program Gadzhi Amirov
resulted the 10-years work.
Chairman of the Administration of Commerce and
Industry Chamber (CICh) Alexander Kobanov told about directions of interaction
of graduates of the project with CICh and association of employers of
the Autonomous Okrug. He called heads of enterprises of different
spheres of economy to involve personnel, trained in the region.
 During
the day participants of the conference are to discuss the work of Ugra
club of graduates of the Federal program which was founded last year and
to define basic directions of its activity. Heads of Russian and Okrug
higher education institutions will exchange experience of middle and
top-level managers retraining, tell about innovation approaches to
education in the frameworks of state plan execution of top-level
management retraining.
At the end of the conference President's program
graduates will represent projects which they realize at the enterprises
of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

 JSC
'Neftyanaya kompania "LUKoil" will invest approximately 1 billion 300
million rubles to social development of Ugra in 2008 - agreement on
cooperation was signed today by Governor Alexander Filipenko and
President of the company Vagit Alekperov.
 Head
of the region expressed his gratitude to the President and management of
the company for devotion to traditions of cooperation with regional and
municipal powers which has started long before formation of "LUKoil".
Besides, in social plans of "LUKoil" are not only the
towns which have named one of the leading Russian oil company, but
Kondinsky, Sovetsky, Nizhnevartovsky, Oktyabrsky and Khanty-Mansiysky
Districts as well. Housing, institutions of education, healthcare,
culture and sport, road and energy systems are among the objects,
construction of which it will finance. Besides, oilmen plan to allocate
32 million of rubles to held different cultural and sport events in the
Okrug.

The days of November 23-24, 2007, are announced as
Family Sport Days.
Appropriate
order, directed to strengthen institution of family, formation of
parents and children's needs in healthy life-style, involvement of Ugra
people to physical culture and sports, is signed by the Governor
Alexander Filipenko.
According to official document, starting from this
year, Family Sport Days will be held on Sundays and holiday days,
including holding in educational institutions, institutions of physical
culture and sport of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

 Alexander
Filipenko took part in the opening ceremony of the III Ugra Governor's Chess
Cup.
100 top athletes of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan,
Moldova and Byelorussia, including 20 people with the title of
international grand masters, 15 people with the title of international
coach, over 30 candidates of sport masters, participate in competitions.
Congratulating the athletes with opening of the
competitions, the head of the region said with pleasure that every year
it attracts more and more chessplayers from our country a nd
other countries as well. Governor's Cup has become a part of the large
"chess program" which will allow to make this sport one of the most
favourite sport of Ugra people. Alexander Filipenko reminded that on
November 23, World Chess Cup in which the best world chessplayers will
take part, is starting in Khanty-Mansiysk, in 2010 Ugra will be the site
of World Chess Olympiad .
