The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Today Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko held a working meting with Director and Permanent representative of World bank in Russia Claus Roland.

Realization of joint plans of cooperation in social programs execution of the Autonomous Okrug, in particular in the sphere of education, healthcare, housing and communal  service, state government, which are worked out according to Memorandum on understanding, signed in October 2006, was discussed.

Both parts  estimate executed work for this period as positive, observing new horizons of joint activity. Claus Roland said that chosen directions are very important, taking into account that Ugra Government plans to improve the quality of social services to make Okrug more attractive for life and work of people. This idea has much significance for Ugra and will become an example for other regions of Russia.

Governor's offer was supported by Director of WB in Russia, who called the idea "ambitious and opportune". Collocutors decided to start analysis and preparation level of agreement development. Specialists of the Government o the Autonomous Okrug and foreign specialists will take part in it. Analytics should be made in short terms.

Claus Roland also assured Alexander Filipenko that in case of need bank will render consulting and other assistance to the Okrug for preparing of Khanty-Mansiysk to receive summit Russia - Euro Union in June.

Today workshop for press-secretaries of the heads of municipal entities of Ugra was finished in Khanty-Mansiysk.

During two days specialists discussed issues of interaction with mass media and organization of press-service's activity, image management. Besides, press-secretaries practiced skills on successful relation with VIP and learnt verbal and non-verbal aspects which are necessary during communications making.

Vice president of the fund "Nash vybor", representative of the President of Fund Irina Khakamada on interaction with mass media Konstantin Lazarev and business trainer, consultant on issues of management, communicative and personal development of staff, member of international association cross-cultural management Elena Chistyakova gave lessons. After training participants received honorary diploma, proved traineeship.

These days Tourism Committee of Ugra is taking part in the work of London fair exhibition World Travel Market (WTM).

Exhibition WTM-2007 is the largest event in tourism business of Great Britain and other European countries. Annually several hundreds of touristic operators and touristic agencies, inns and hotels, air companies and sea carriers demonstrate their opportunities in the frameworks of exposition. Tourists from different countries visit this event to know new traveling routs and kinds of rest. Russia is represented by 20 regions at the exhibition.

This year winter touristic products of Ugra - New Year and Christmas offers, cultural cognitive, event, ethnographic, ecological, excursion, active tours, are represented at the stand of the Autonomous Okrug.

Interior Board head over the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, major-general of militia Nikolai Gudozhnikov introduced new head of Interior Board over the town of Surgut, militia colonel Yury Rusakov to Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko.

The head of the region became acquainted with service list of new head of Surgut Interior Board, discussed situation in the town in the sphere of offences and set concrete objectives for new head of Surgut militia. Safety provision at the street and preventive measures of offences among teenagers and youth are the most actual among them according to Alexander Filipenko.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Okrug mortgage agency has signed an agreement on cooperation with "Petrokommerts" bank.

According to the document bank and mortgage agency will participate in realization of two forms of state support: hypothecary credit rendering with compensation of a part of bank interest rate and lax housing loans. For information, in 2006-2007 the same agreements on cooperation with mortgage agency were concluded with JSC "Khanty-Mansiysky bank", Western-Siberian bank of RF Sberbank, JSC "Zapadno-Sibirsky kommerchesky bank", JSC "KIT Finance" Investment bank, JSC "Akkobank", JSC Bank "UralSib", JSC "KB "Kreditny agroprombank", JSC "Vserossiysky bank razvitia gorodov".

Lax housing loan doesn't differ from credit with compensation: its maximum sum also accounts for 2 million rubles with 5% annual interest for the period of 15-20 years.

The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko has signed an order of the Autonomous Okrug Government on fixation of living wage size for the third quarter of the current year.

According to the document it is defined as follows:

  • 6111 rubles on the average per capita;

  • 6532 rubles for employable population;

  • 4930 rubles for pensioners;

  • 5581 for children.

In the frameworks of the III Okrug forum "Information world of Ugra" Governor Alexander Filipenko met with the chairman of the Commission of Public chamber on communication, information policy and freedom of speech in mass media, director general of publishing house "Moskovsky Komsomolets" Pavel Gusev.

Collocutors discussed issues of information network development, and  in particular weekly newspaper "MK-Ugra" publishing, role of mass media in realization of social and economic plans of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug.

Pavel Gusev mentioned that today journalists are at the top of the most important problems of our society because the country is on the regulat historical turning point - elections of deputies of State Duma and new Russian President are awaited.
