The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:

In the frameworks of national project "Education" much significance is attached to the programs of upgrading of teachers, heads of educational institutions of the region in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.

On November 12-17, master classes, lectures and seminars on biology, music, foreign languages, mathematics, history and safety living base are held in Ugra. Over 200 teachers of the Autonomous Okrug, 11 best teachers of Russia - winners of selections, held in the frameworks of the national project "Qualitative education", contest "Teachers of the year in Russia" will take part in the seminars. Traditionally events will be held in the centers of three educational Ugra regions - Nizhnevartovsk, Khanty-Mansiysk and Surgutsky District.

Besides, on November 12-23, 40 teachers in the structure of teams of 8 municipal entities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug will be upgraded in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Belgorod and Buryatsky Autonomous Okrug. Ugra teachers will be trained on the basis of schools, which have become the winners of the contest "Best schools of Russia" in the last years.

Interregional meeting on the theme "Realization of state program "Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural production, raw materials and food markets for 2008-2012" - new efficient agrarian policy" was held in Kurgan under the chairmanship of deputy minister of agriculture of the RF Alexander Kozlov.

Development of regional programs of agriculture development and food markets regulations for the nearest future was one of the reasons of this meeting holding in the UrFD.

According to the deputy minister the scope of  state support of Russian agricultural producers will exceed 1 trillion rubles to 2012.

Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko took part in the work of the forum of Russian President Vladimir Putin's supporters, which was held in Nefteyugansk.

Representatives of Nefteyugansk and the Nefteyugansky district, Pyt-Yakh and Khanty-Mansiysk, met together at the forum, were united by a wish to approve their support of strategic course, carried out in the country to accelerate social and economic development of Russia and to form institutes of civil society. That is Vladimir Putin's aim during his two presidential terms.

Governor of the Autonomous Okrug Alexander Filipenko, using specific figures and fact, represented efficiency of state leader's work of the country and Ugra.

Governor stressed that authority bodies and people have received confidence in the future, optimism. For the last 7 years infant mortality decreased by 2.5 times, population's size is decreasing by natural growth, by 2020 the average lifetime in Ugra will account for 70 years.

All people, reported at the forum, stressed positive changes which were made in the Autonomous Okrug for the last years, connecting it with "Putin's Plan" realization in Ugra. Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug has taken one of the the top positions in Russia regarding the natality level. New schools, hospitals, kindergartens are built in the region. Lower living wages in Ugra is the highest in the country. The head of Nefteyugansk Sergei Burov, director general of "Rosneft-Uganskneftegas" Vladimir Bulba, deputy chairman of Ugra Duma, secretary of political council of the regional department of "Edinaya Rossia" party Alexander Sidorov and others told about it.

Participants of the forum of Vladimir Putin's supporters adopted the address to the President in which confidence and support of course, conducted in the country, were expressed. The same events are planned in Nizhnevartovsk and Surgut.

Okrug mortgage agency concluded an agreement on cooperation with "All-Russian bank for development of regions".

According to PR service agency at present "All-Russian bank for development of regions" is realizing its program of mortgage of 8-% annual interest, directed to improve housing conditions of "Rosneft" company employees which is the basic stockholder of the bank. Financial intermediary has branches in Nefteyugansk, Pyt-Yakh, urban settlement Poikovsky.

Participation in the Okrug program of mortgage housing crediting allows "All-Russian bank" to credit employees of the chief stockholder with 5-% annual interest. Thus, employees of oil company could get soft credits. It is also profitable for mortgage agency because interest rate compensation will account for 3% annually.
