Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko is included into the staff of Governmental commission on issues of fuel and energy complex and reproduction of mineral resources basis.

Decision about it was made by chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Viktor Zubkov. By the way, prime minister will head the work of commission.

Heads of federal authority bodies, representatives of profile committees of State Duma and Federation Council, academician science, Russian energetic, oil-producing companies, heads of members of the Russian Federation on the territory of which basic mineral resources basis and fuel and energy complex are concentrated,  are whithin the structure of Governmental commission.

Since January 1, 2008, price rates of meals for school children and pupils of primary vocational education will increase.

1.3 billion rubles will be allocated from the Okrug budget to organize hot meals for pupils, it increases by 180 million rubles in comparison with the current year.

According to the Okrug legislation all school children and pupils of primary vocational education pupils are provided with free hot meals. Thus, pupils of municipal general education institutions can hope for hot breakfast of 27 rubles. Two-times meal in the sum of 80 per a child is provided for children from poor families, families with many children, children in tutelage, in foster homes, fro orphans and children without parents' care, visiting school. The same rate is offered for pupils and students of state institutions of primary and secondary vocational education from families with many children and young Ugra people, visiting remedial schools.

Those who study at the institutions of primary vocational education have one daily meal in the sum of 53 rubles, students of primary, secondary and higher education institution who are orphans or children without parents' care can hope for 4-times meals, or compensation in the amount of 148 rubles.

On October 30 active students of Yugorsky state university took part in All-Russian students' selective meeting on issues of higher vocational education of the Russian Federation.

Meeting was held under support of the Committee of State Duma of the RF on education and science.

Issues of attraction of students' councils and trade union organizations to holding of public expertise during realization of national project "Qualitative education" realization, interaction of different Russian higher education institutions, students pubic and employers for job placement of graduates of higher school on received professions, were observed at the meeting.

As Education and Science Department informed, according to decision, adopted at the selective meeting, active students of the Yugorsky State university in cooperation with deputies of Duma of the Autonomous Okrug are to form electoral mandate to State Duma of Russia which will comprise offers, concerning tax privileges rendering for students and assistance in their job placement.
