The
Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko met with the
head of the town of Ugorsk Rais Salakhov.
Construction rates of housing, social objects on the
Ugorsk territory were discussed there. This year be predictive estimate
this municipal entity will be among the leaders of the towns and
districts of the Okrug regarding putting into operation of dwelling
houses. The head of the town asked to allocate extra appropriation to
reconstruct and construct roads in the individual houses sector.

Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Governor of the Autonomous Okrug Alexander
Filipenko presented grants to execute scientific and scientific and
technical works.
Contest to receive these grants is held annually for
the second time in Ugra. According to deputy Chairman of the Okrug
Government Kirill Morozov, last year 61 projects was represented for
selection. This year 69 programs, including 13 which are regarded as the
best, were represented for the contest.
Grants are awarded to realize projects on 9
directions as follows: new efficient construction materials and
technologies, energetics, chemistry and chemical products, development
of indigenous northern peoples' life level, ecology and rational nature
management, information and telecommunication systems and technologies,
energy saving, new methods in geology and geophysics, technology of
vital activity safety and technology of alive systems. Size of one grant
accounts to 730 ths. rubles, it can be only used to realize the program
which is represented at the contest.

The
Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
For over one month the participant of sub-program
"Mortgage housing lending" have an opportunity to use their right to
lower rate of interest on credit, receiving subvention which equals 1/10
of remaining debt of the credit which has been taken before.
All participants of the sub-program who had taken
credit with 10.75% bank-rate and more, can use this privilege.
At present over 100 applications to refinance credit
are received by Agency. Total number of participants having privilege to
reduce the rate is over 6.5 ths. people.

On December 20 New Year forum of Ugra senior
pupils will be opened in concert and theatrical complex "Ugra-Classic".
200 pupils - winner of intellectual, creative and
sport competitions from 22 municipal entities of the Autonomous Okrug
will arrive to the Okrug center to participate in master classes,
meetings with representatives of authority bodies.
Masters invited from Moscow, Sidney, Samara and
Khanty-Mansiysk will teach lessons of declamatory skills, PR
organizations, will be introduced new directions in style and design,
will be taught acting technique.

Chairman of the RF Government Viktor Zubkov has
signed an order to found steering committee on preparation and holding
of World Chess Cup in 2007 and 2009, World Chess Olympiad and Congress
of International Chess federation in 2010, in Khanty-Mansiysk.
Deputy Chairman of the RF Government, president of
chess federation of Russia Alexander Zhukov will head it.
By governmental order Federal customs service is to
render assistance in passing state boundary by official delegations and
sport teams, in customs registration of cargoes and goods, used to
prepare the events.

Approximately 20 issues were observed today by
Ugra Government.
Documents as follows adopted before are altered:
program of demographic development of Ugra for 2008-2010, law on
ecological education of the population. It is concerned the necessity to
match the Okrug and federal legislation. By the same reason amendments
to the regulations on activity of Labour and Social Protection
Department, Culture and Art Department, Timber Department of the Okrug
are moved.
Program financing on implementation and development
of motor roads system for 2006-2010 is also changed.
