The
Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Today Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko and Chairman of directors of
Euro-Asian Bank for Development Igor Finogenov signed agreement for 10
year about cooperation in infrastructure development, increase of
high-tech production producing, new working places organization in
financial sector, industry, energetics, transport and other sectors of
economy of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
  According
to the document EABD, founded by Russian and Kazakhstan, will
participate in financing of several joint investment projects, export
and import operations. Opportunity of bank participation in authorized
capital of the JSC "Khanty-Mansiysky bank" will be observed in the
future.
Commenting the agreement Alexander Filipenko said
that role of the bank is significantly important in making of
integration processes in post-Soviet environment - in development of
power production, revival of traditional cooperation, which assists in
joint work.

The
Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
Today meeting of commission on road safety in Ugra
is held in the Okrug center.
Deputy Chairman of the Autonomous Okrug Government
Vyacheslav Kozlovsky helds the meeting.
For 11 months of the current year over 2.6 ths. road
accidents in which 307 people had died and over 3.4 ths. people had got
wounds of different severity, were registered. In comparison with the
same period of the previous year number of road accidents decreased by
1.9%. Growth of accidents indices is registered in 8 municipal entities:
towns of Beloyarsky, Khanty-Mansiysk, Nyagan, Raduzhny, Sovetsky, Ugorsk,
Khanty-Mansiysky and Beryezovsky Districts.

 Congratulations
on the state holiday Russian Constitution Day are sent to Ugra Governor
Alexander Filipenko.
Chairman of RF State Duma committee on energetics,
transport and communications Valery Yazev has sent a telegram in which
he wrote that the memorable data proves imperishability of Russian
state, spiritual greatness of our huge country. This holiday will
strengthen the unity of people and will be a symbol of our motherland's
revival.
Director general of the company "RN-Uganskneftegas",
deputy of Ugra Duma Vladimir Bulba congratulated the head of the region
as well. He stressed that RF Constitution is the main law the basis of
which is rights and freedoms of people. Their protection is guaranteed
in accordance with principles of international law which are announced
as a component of Russian legal system. Efficient law application in the
Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug is a standard of civilized
society, power stimulus to improve quality and life level of Ugra
people.
