Today the head of the region Alexander Filipenko
granted state award and awards of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
 Chairman
of Social and Political Analysis and PR Committee of the Autonomous
Okrug Sergei Malakhov is awarded the medal of the order "For
services to Motherla nd
of the II rank". Rector of Yugorsky State University Yury Reutov is
awarded the honored title 'Deserved employee of higher school of
the Russian Federation", manageress of the Okrug hospital Emma Kholodyreva and surgeon of the Okrug clinical hospital Vera Eremeeva are
awarded the title "Deserved doctor of the Russian Federation".
Teacher of the Khanty-Mansiysk State medical institute Sergei Shulyak
was awarded the title "Deserved inventor of the Russian
Federation".
Director of the MUE "Gorodskie electricheskie seti" (Khanty-Mansiysk)
for contribution to development of social infrastructure Sergei Dmitriev,
Khanty-Mansiysk regional public organization of cultural, social and
spiritual development of women development "Veda" (Nyagan) for execution
of public activity and group of the 6 grade of Mezhdurechensky secondary
school for special attention to children with limited abilities, living
in the rural places were awarded the premium "Priznanie" on the
results of the Okrug contest of socially significant projects in 2007.

Today space pilot, Hero of the Soviet Union,
president of national Fund "For the sake Motherland" Anatoly Soloviev
awarded the like order to Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko.
Receiving the award Alexander Filipenko said that he
regards the order as an award for those who live and work in Ugra and
wished success.

 Alexander
Filipenko
granted diplomas of winners and Governor's grants to municipal entities,
won in the annual contest "Most comfortable town, settlement, village".
Among the towns with 50-ths. population and more the
town of Nizhnevartovsk received grant of the first rank in the sum of
1.5 million rubles, Nefteyugansk - 900 ths. rubles, Kogalym - 700 ths.
rubles.
In the category with 50-ths. population and less the
town of Pokachi was awarded the first premium in the sum of 1.25 million
rubles, grant of the second rank in the sum of 750 ths. rubles was
granted to Raduzhny, III rank grant in the sum of 600 ths. rubles - to
Langepas.
In the category with 15-ths. population and less it
was decided to award only II rank grant in the sum of 600 ths. rubles to
the settlement of Mezhdurechensky of Kondinsky district.
Among the rural settlements positions were
distributed as follows: grant of the first rank in the sum of 900 ths.
rubles was granted to the settlement of Verkhnekazymsky of Beloyarsky
district, the second rank (540 ths. rubles) - Lokosovo of Surgutsky
district, III rank grant (460 ths. rubles) - Agan of Nizhnevartovsky
district.

Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko was awarded
All-Russian public award.
Medal "For helpful" was founded in December 1801
during the kingship of Emperor Alexander I. Only people with "clear"
biography and undamaged reputation were granted this award. At present
the medal "For helpful" is awarded as a recognition of man's merits, his
activity helpful for society and his noble acts. Russian citizens who
represent an examples of unselfish and self-denying service to
Motherland are awarded it.

Chairman of Federation Council of Federal Assembly
of the RF Sergei Mironov congratulated the Governor of the Autonomous
Okrug Alexander Filipenko, all population on 77th anniversary of Ugra
Foundation Day.
In his message he marked rapid changes in the region
last years, specially stressed merits of Ugra people in social and
economic development of the Autonomous Okrug. Sergei Mironov said that
the main rich of Ugra land is its population, industrious, strong-willed
people, with inflexible Siberian character. He wished new performances
for the sake of the country, luck, health and well-being.

Role of indigenous people's public movement, keeping
unique culture of Ob Ugrian people in realization of program events,

Members of public organization "Spasenie Ugry"
addressed the delegates of IX assembly of indigenous small-in-number
peoples of the North of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug which will
be held on December 20, 2007, to extent period of authorities of the
acting president of public organization "Spasenie Ugry" Alexander
Novjukhov for 3 years.

On the day of 77th anniversary of foundation of
the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko
took part in away meeting of the Environment Protection Committee and
Federation Council commission of the RF Federal Assembly which was held
in the Okrug center.
Senators discuss problems of
legal support of oil recovery and resources basis reproduction
provision. According to Alexander Filipenko this theme is one the most
important and significant for Autonomous Okrug because it is directly
connected with stabilization of oil production level.

Today Alexander Filipenko was granted an award of
mining society of Russia - golden badge "Miner of Russia".
Director general of the company "RITEK" Valery
Graifer at the away meeting of the Environment Protection Committee and
RF Federation Council commission presented the head of the region the
highest badge of miners of the country, and wished him success in work
and well-being.
The same badge was granted to deputy Chairman of the
Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Vladimir Karasev.

Ugra Governor Alexander Filipenko is awarded the
premium in the sphere of pension industry and social insurance "Graph
Gurjev".
Premium in the sphere of pension industry and social
insurance "Graf Gurjev" was called in honor of finances minister of
Russia graph Dmitry Alexandrovich Gurjev who had been appointed by
emperor Alexander I as a head of commission on making of Pension
Regulations. This day 180 years ago was a starting point of Pension
system development. Therefore "Graph Gurjev" premium is awarded on
December 6.

Khanty-Mansiysk non-public pension fund has
received "Graph Gurjev" premium, organized by "Pensionnye dengi"
magazine.
It should be mentioned that it is planned to erect
1.6 million square m of housing in Ugra till 2010 by means of pension
reserves of the Fund.
