The Okrug Governor’s press-service informs:
The program "The birth certificate" is actively
implemented in Ugra.
This document serves a guarantee of medical services
quality, promotes to the increased attention of medical employees to
pregnant women. In general for 9 months the medical institutions issued
16 276 birth certificates to the patients, including 15 488 ones at the
women’s consultant institutions and 788 by maternity houses.
For this period over 85 million rubles were
transferred to such institutions what is 59,6% of the annual plan. 37
million 979 ths. rubles from this amount were sent for extra payment of
medical employees’ work who help women while their pregnancy and
childbirth, 47 million 500 ths. - for the development of medical
institutions: renewal of medical equipment, purchase of materials and
medicines.
The analysis of these services and divisions for 9
months prove the growth of the number of childbirths by 7,9%, the number
of pregnant women, examined by doctors with the pregnancy of less than
12 weeks - by 3,6%, reduced number of abortions by 11,8%.

The interregional conference "Information society
and youth" was opened in Khanty-Mansiysk.
The experts from Moscow, Taganrog, towns and
districts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug participate in the
conference.
Opening the plenary meeting, the Chair of the Youth
Policy Committee Alla Gribtsova said that the main idea of the youth
policy formation in the information space of the Autonomous Okrug -
unity of the youth’s positive consciousness. In this regard the
formation and development of the youth’s information provision system in
all the municipalities of Ugra play an important role. "It is necessary
to create the available for the youth network of the institutions where
youth people can develop their innovation potential, acquire skills of
the work, get additional working places, occupy their leisure time with
useful activity. I think that due to our conference many people will
determine prospects of their activity in one common matter which is very
important for us - development of information resources for the youth",
- said Alla Gribtsova.
On October 20 the delegates of the conference will
participate in the record of the TV talk-show "Gove me a word" to be
broadcast by the channel "Ugra" and will continue their work at the
master-classes. In the second half of the day it will be held the
press-conference with the members of the Ugra Government, where the
results of the creative contest of the youth’s journalism will be summed
up. This year about 150 works were submitted to the contest. The most
popular are the author’s publications, printed editions, photography.
The number of TV and radio works was rather small but their quality
increased. As some of them did not correspond to the requirements, the
winners were determined not in al the nominations. Nevertheless, 44
young representatives of the journalists’ community were awarded with
grants and diplomas.
